Once again let down.this time(the 3rd) booked a taxi for 7pm from the station. Didn't arrive on time phoned three times to be told only two minutes away actually arrived nearly 25 past we were now walking over the bridge. He saw us because we waved at him. he drove off. I called office to be told he driven off because we shouted at him, we were actually now walking home over the bridge and shouted to him that we would come down. he was happy to leave 2 69 year old freezing and having to walk home. My family who use them constantly and I will NEVER use them again

Booked an airport run on the APP. 23rd Feb 03:50 . This was confirmed by a telephone call with the office. Complete NO SHOW, no notice ,cancellation in App or anything.No answer on phoneline. Had to arrange an an alternative at short notice, late stressful and expensive start to holiday .

Had a very helpful driver to take a large item to a Charity Shop.
Driver effortlessly carried the dolls house into the shop for me, even though we had met with traffic on the way. Big thank you for service and punctuality!

Useless this taxi company let us down. I booked a pick up to Wolverhampton a month ago. We just walked outside to the car and the guy just drove off. I had a phone call with the explanation that this trip was to far away considering it is just a 30 minute drive from us. I would have been nice to be told in advance Don't use them

Excellent service again to and from East Midlands. Driver credit to the company. Highly recommend :)

New to penkridge, needed a trust worthy taxi firm ,Corky's were brilliant we booked an early time 2 30 am the taxi was early ,when we got to cannock bus station the driver let us sit in his car as it was cold until he had a call ,unfortunately cannot remember his name ,would highly recommend this taxi firm

Ordered taxi at 10.30 am on a morning for a 4.30pm pick up. Called many times asking many times where taxi was and told lies every time. Turned up at 5pm but to late as I missed my appointment at dentist. Management could not care less when I completed.

A trip from Rugeley to Gatwick has the potential to be a nightmare. Not this time. The driver, Gareth, could not have been more attentive. Caring, efficient, relaxed and a great conversationalist. I highly recommend Corky's for airport transfers.

This was the first time that we have used Corkys and it won’t be the last. We did a Manchester Airport round trip which included a pickup on the way. From booking all the way through, the service has been friendly, polite and very punctual. Both drivers have been great with our disabled mom who is in a wheelchair.

Being generous with 1 star really, wouldn't have given them anything but needed too to write a review. Booked for 4.45am to take us to the airport, 4.55am no sign tried phoning, recorded message saying all operators are busy, will be with you shortly, on a Sunday morning? Drove to airport myself. Spoke to an operator at 6.00am to be told something about a new member of staff and sorry, GREAT! No apology. Please think twice before you book them.

I rang corkys tonight at 20.30 panicked and thinking iv got no chance of a taxi from Manchester airport at 23.10 for my son and his girlfriend after there trip to Milan.. (I was meant to collect them but my back brakes decided to suddenly squeal this evening and were metal on metal.. (Not safe to drive to Mancester)
With less than 3 hrs notice the lady that answered the phone was amazing.. Said they could be there and gave me a price which was a lot less than I thought and was so calming asI was panicking.. Anyway my son and his girlfriend landed with the taxi waiting for them and are now on there way home.. Can’t rate them enough at such short notice too.. Thank you corkys Xxx

We had Crokys Cars recommended to us for an airport transfer and we were not disappointed. They were right on time and very polite. They were there to pick us up when we arrived home and the service was superb. Will be booking them again.

Have used Corkys Cars for many years, mostly airport runs but some local journeys too. Have always found the telephone booking staff and drivers friendly. Cars are clean and comfortable and they have always proven punctual and reliable. Prices are reasonable and competitive too. That's why we always use them.

Don't use !!!! they are consistantly late by 15 to 20 minutes (last 3 times I used them) and I have recently discovered from one of the taxi drivers that they are just taking bookings when there are no taxi's available at that time and they know you will not get your taxi at the time you've booked it... basically they accept all bookings and are happy to leave you waiting rather than tell you they have no-one free at that time.... disgusting and I feel sorry for the drivers who have to take all the complaints when they finally arrive as it's not their fault.... I will not be using this service ever again !!!

great service and a great company used for airport on time.

Lovely driver who came and picked me up with his Santa hat on, car was lovely and clean and smelled nice, lady on phone said 15 min but was with me in 5 min that was going into town, on way back different driver but was also lovely car not as well up kept, but was still a pleasant driver and car.

If you want to be run over and then sworn at by a driver this is the company for you.

Tried to book a taxi from Burntwood to chase town using the burtnwood phone number on website to be told that they do no cover this area. So why have a Burntwood phone number
