Lee replaced my Worcester boiler earlier this year. He did a great job so I recently tried to contact him for a referral. None of his contact numbers work and according to Gas Safe he may no longer be trading, so not sure what's happened.

I am unable to contact Corkys Heating company by phone (incorrect number. Emails bounce back.

I have stopped my direct debit covering servicing and emergency call out.

I found Lee to be an excellent worker but where are you now? !! Please get in touch.

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted.

Lee and Nathan did a first class job. Turned up when they said they would (first thing in the morning). Said they would do their best to finish the installation that day - which they did (leaving at 8pm). Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Lee went the extra mile to get us sorted with a new boiler just before Christmas despite clearly being extremely busy and suffering a significant personal injury. Outstanding service, a rarity in my experience.

Had a problem with my boiler ran Corkys, Lee answered straight away came around the following day was very honest with his diagnosis came me options and costs and recommendations, kept my old boiler running safely until the new boiler was fitted, on the day Lee turned up and work was carried out to a very high standard, can not recommend him highly enough, very professional and very trustworthy.

New Worcester boiler fitted. Modernised from an old Combi boiler and changed a radiator.
Lee knows Worcester and as our old boiler was a Worcester we saw no reason to change. Lee listened to what we wanted and was able to supply and fit the boiler, radiator and controls. Also re-routed some pipework. All work done to a high standard and carried out on time. Will be using Lee for servicing in the future!

Lee was the only guy who contacted me immediately via the Worcester “find a local installer” online request form. Diagnosed and replaced the faulty part quickly and with no fuss.

Right from our initial online communication with Lee at Corkys, we were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of boilers, and this view increased the more contact we had with him. Following a diagnostic visit, he sent us two quotations: one for a repair of our 14-year-old boiler and the other for the installation of a new Worcester Bosch. We opted for the latter, and our home is now warmer than it has been for quite a while, with hot radiators and constant hot water from the taps. Lee and his team were quick, efficient and very considerate throughout the diagnosis and installation last month, adhering to the "Safe in Your Home" pledge which included wearing masks and social distancing. All in all, we are very pleased with Corkys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

replaced old oil fired boiler with new. Worked hard outside with considerable amount of updating required during installation, through a very difficult period of icy weather and pouring rain.
Everything ran smoothly for the first year, 1st service shortly.

Friendly, excellent, quick service from Lee and his team. Our old oil boiler system was not up to current regulations, but Lee was able to provide us with a Worcester Bosch Boiler and new copper pipes which is so easy to use and has made the bungalow warm and cosy. We did not have to wait long and the whole process was explained clearly at every stage. Highly recommended.

Corkys have been the best trades we've ever used! We are definitely a customer for life now. Lee got in touch after we requested a quote on the Worcester Bosch website for a new boiler. He was able to squeeze us in for a new boiler very quickly, explained the finance options to us clearly, and was professional and fantastic throughout. He fixed an issue for free that a previous plumber refused to even investigate because it was "broken" (a TRV wasn't working, it was because the pin got stuck!) and also pointed out that the one radiator we didn't get replaced a year ago was corroded and really needs replacing- something two plumbers we've used have missed. He spent time with us post-boiler install to talk through how to work it and how to get the Hive system working with it. Honestly the best experience we've had with a tradesperson and the top trustpilot score really reflects that! Thank you Lee. We will see you in a year for our service.
