Very good, professional and affordable
We needed a new carpet in a bedroom and the en-suite with a suitable vinyl tiling. Both fitters quick, professional and helpful. Shop staff friendly and over all cost was less than we had budgeted so very happy with the whole service.

Awful company
Awful company! Refuse to honor their warranty. Been chasing for months. Their customer service is non existent. Read the reviews on Trust Pilot. I wish I had known what this company was like, they are rude and literally could not give a dam about their customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If there is anything wrong with your carpet, they wil not help you. No magter of you have a warranty or guarantee or anything. They will just ignore you!!

Beautiful carpets
The carpets are of excellent quality. Love the speck of different colours going through the carpet. They look and feel very luxurious. The measuring and fitting were very professional.

New carpet.
Bought my new carpet last month, had it fitted a couple of weeks ago, am very pleased with the quality, now it's down it's even better than I thought.
The service including the fitting has been excellent can't fault it at all.

Great experience buying the carpet
Great experience buying the carpet, from store as the service was helpful, as the advice given on type of carpet to buy was useful in relation to having a 40kg German Shepherd . The quality of the carpet, is lovely and to order was a smooth experience in time and ease. I have loads of compliments on how it looks
