Before Cornwall Broadband we had standard broadband supplied by BT, we had less than 1mb download speed on a good day! The service would drop all the time and the times it didn't you could watch an episode on Netflix if you where prepared to wait with the spinning buffering wheel!

I contacted Gavin stressing our situation and he was certain he could supply a much better service! Gavin carried out a site visit and offered me a service of up to 60mbps, 60 times faster then we currently had. We signed up to a 20mbps package on the spot. Gavin had us up and running less than a week later, which just involved fitting a small dish on the side of the house and running a small cable to an access point inside the house..

Any problems we have on the network are always sorted the same day usually with in a few hours, with BT this would be day's if not weeks!

What a massive difference this has made, we can now have all our devices streaming at the same time with no buffering. The network is also used for gaming which is brilliant due to the very low latency.

I would highly recommend this service to any one especially if you are like us and live out in the sticks with no chance of fast broadband from BT plus the reliability of a locally run company.

We were ignored by the mainstream broadband providers for many years. But then Devon and Cornwall Broadband came along and in just a few weeks were able to provide us with a Broadband service so much better than our old (now disconnected) landline and at a fraction of the cost. Problems are extremely rare and if occur are fixed within hours. Not only would we recommend this service, we actively do, knocking on all our neighbours doors informing local businesses, friends and relations, and will continue to do so!
