Been using their services for 5 years, both in the physical shops and on the website. The prices are not particularly low but they have very wide selections, some of which are not available elsewhere in Finland.
I got a wrong item (had to collect it from the Halonen -store even it should've been delivered home) and they refused to compensate this in any way! And on top of that they refused to send the right item to me (which I had paid and waited over two weeks to be delivered to me) before they get the wrong one back first. Also one item I paid and ordered were just cancelled because they didn't have at stock! Worst customer service ever and I can't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!
