Better communication needed between Office and Early Check-in cleaning crew. I showed up at the cottage, and the cleaning folks had just arrived to start cleaning. Office personnel very helpful in finding off season cottage. Cottage owners should be encouraged to inventory kitchen items to make sure pots are usable, and other kitchen items are available for use.

We rent a beach house each year. For the last several years we have used Corolla Classic Vacations to rent the same house. The first time we used Corolla Classic Vacations things were great. Then Wyndham took over and we've had struggles with payment processing and timeliness of communications. We like the house, so we're going to stay with Corolla Classics as long as the house does, but once the house is gone we will find a new rental agency.

The Green Dolphin property managed by CCV is always in great shape and maintained very well. The kitchen upgrade and addition of the elevator were great improvements. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in at the OBX. Buck Island has a lot to choose from if you are looking for well maintained and homes with loads of amenities .

Friendly staff that do everything within their power to make your stay enjoyable.

Summer 2017- Easy to make reservations on website. Easy keyless entry to check in. House exactly as pictured.

I was so impressed by the staff. Whenever I called about anything they were so nice and incredibly helpful. I felt like they truly cared about our family and our vacation. It felt like I was talking to a close family member.... like We had been friends for years. I can’t wait to go back someday soon. We will definitely book through them again.

Easy company to work with. Homes are well maintained.

Last year we arrived to no clean linen. The truck had broken down that delivers clean linen, The housekeepers were washing the bed linens in the house washer, the dryer did not work well. The sheets were not drying. I finally sent them home after 7 PM because they were waiting for the sheets to dry, in order to make the beds for us.
I made the beds myself. The next day, when I went to the office to inquire, about the situation, I was told very curtly " i wasn't here yesterday" This response is pathetic. Why didn't a management staff on Saturday take a vehicle and go get clean linens. Bad Judgement, Bad management. The only reason that I am coming back is that I like the location of the house.

We have been vacationing with Corolla Classic Vacations for over fifteen years. They have always been responsive, polite and helpful. Tried another company, but it was not the same. Back to Corolla Classic Vacations. I would recommend them highly.

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for almost 60 years and have rented houses from many different agencies. Corolla Classic is top notch! They will help you in making reservations and quick to assist when on site! It is by far the most courteous, patient and efficient Rental Agency we have ever dealt with and won't hesitate to use them again!

Wonderful staff in office. 23 years we have been coming to outer banks. Staff have so friendly and gone out of their way for us. Service always prompt. This year will be our 14th year at Bree. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there last year with a renewal of our vows. Our friends and family rented 5 beach homes in buck island. 4 of which were corolla classic We recommend to all our friends

Nice house, clean, available on time. First time customer of Corolla Classics ..if my next stay is as good I'll then rate it a 5 i.e. need a trend.

The house was as advertised and issues were addressed promptly.

Easy to book and the company offers great service. We were disappointed with the house, sadly.

Our family has used this company many times. Never any problems. Homes we have stayed in have always been as described, and very clean. The only negative thing I would say is the extra charge for credit card processing, but they always hold my reservation until a check has time to make it there.

We've used Corolla Classic Vacation rentals in the OBX for several years now without any issues. Their website is easy to navigate, homes are reasonably priced, and they have always responded quickly to any questions that arise.

We have had good and bad experiences with Corolla Classic Vacations. Our experiences have not been consistently good experiences, to say the least. Last year, Summer of 2017, our rental's air conditioning wasn't working. Two days later they finally got it fixed......sorry, but this is not how we expect to spend our hard earned money. On top of that, we had no volume on he TV in the living room.....it was not a good experience. There have been other Summers where our experience was a more positive one, but last Summer stands out.
