Apply for car insurance, sent all of my documents, but they ask again and again, I sent it more than 4 times.
Then they already charge me, and the previous insurance is already cancelled. But they said not.
Change my car so went to switch insurance over. They made a complete mess , it turns out they insured my new car and kept my insurance running on my old car. so two cars on one plate. They continued to take €49.49 for three months plus €68.95 for my new car( which is x2 mths in one time. finally they stopped my old car and sent me two bills saying i would still need to pay €99.96 final payment, the second saying they would pay me back €136 .87. Customer service sucks, no one answers the phone , don't reply to emails. They replied on social media asking to direct message them, I'm still waiting for a reply. Three mths I've paid a total of €319.04 for insurance on two cars on one plate . I'm still trying get an answer but it seems they have blocked my number. I have to use my wifes phone even to get into the queue.
Poor and arrogant service, not customer oriented at all.
