Made an appointment, payed the fee, was there in time for the appointment, nobody there. After several attempts to contact them no response. Worthless company

My husband has been trying to get his 70EUR back from corona lab (cancellation within the valid term) since around July 2021. They’ve promised around four separate times they would send us the money, nothing still. I’m posting on our behalf since he already left a review on here then.

Finally they send us back our money after 3 months after a hell of phonecalls and emails / We hebben ons geld terug na 3 maanden en veel gezeik....

All good, they respond to emails in time and very nice service. Strongly recommended!

Worst. Promised 1-day delivery then I was told the system was down and it would be delayed. Had to pay 150E at the airport for a last-minute test.

BEWARE - This company is not to be trusted.
I had an appointment at Coronalab in The Hague at 10am the day before flying out. I was told I would get the result any time before 11pm. 11pm came and no result! I e-mailed the Lab and received this response 1h30 later You got tested at Coronalab.eu today for a PCR test. Unfortunately, due to big technical difficulties we will not be able to give you a test result. This is of course not the way we normally work, and we understand that you aren't used to this from us.
If there was a technical problem, shouldn't it be Coronalab's responsibility to call its clients to alert them that the PCR cannot be done? What kind of management is this?

I asked for a change. Everything was right till the moment I get the Coronalab. I had an appointment to 9:30 but, the Coronalab didn’t open till 10. When the change was made no one told me that, depending on the city, they have different open times. We have ti pay a lot of money and they don’t care about to give the right information

The whole process was very straightforward. I also had to contact them over email to clarify a doubt, and the reply came very fast. I recommend the Coronalab!

A typo error in name of my youngest son, not sure how it is going to fix this issue.
Name as in passport : MOHAMMAD NAURAZE ALAM, whereas in report it is MOHAMMAD NOURAZE ALAM.
I am just afraid due to this typo if i have stop to fly.
PCR was done through walk in and data was entered by receptionist.

I've used Coronalab.eu several times now and have found them to be very fast and reliable in providing results as well as responsive in answering queries or handling changes. Great service.

I took a PCR test for traveling and received a special document for it. The service was great for the low price.
And at this time, I made a test appointment but I needed to cancel it. I asked to the contact center to do it and it was soon done. Great service. I will go there whenever I need a test for a travel,

Everything was systemized and the process was smooth from sample collection to results. I did not receive my results sharp at 11pm as mentioned but as instructed by coronalab team, I wrote an email and received a response immediately. Thereafter, received my results by 11:14pm.

The actual test and making an appointment went really quickly and comfortably. And my questions were quickly answered by email.
Only negative would be the fact that they mentioned that I will recieve the result around 23:00 and I recieved it at 23:55. I didn't think I would receive a result by the morning. Since I am flying the next day it caused me a lot of panic. It turned out well in the end.
