When I first made the call regarding the supplies needed, the tone of the representative was kind of dismissive. I intentionally kept an easy going tone because I really needed help. I felt once she felt I was calling from a large corporation, then her tone changed.
I was directed to your site because Dwight Jackson, where I've always ordered corporate supplies is no longer in business. I am not happy with the supplies as the quality is not has good Dwight Jackson, i.e., the minute paper nor the tabs.

Our representative walked you through the ordering process, took the proper information and offered to place the order for you through our website so you did not have to order it yourself. She did in fact do that and put the order in to make it easier for you. She tried her best to fulfill the order and do whatever she could.
In regards to the item themselves, we're very sorry that they did not meet your expectations. You ordered the VP Minute books without any customization and blank paper, which didn't meet your expectations. We have contacted you privately about taking the items back and give you a refund if you're unhappy with the quality. We never want anyone to be unhappy with a product they spent their money on so we would be happy to take the items back and issue the credit. We sincerely apologize if the service and the items didn't meet your expectations, but we thank you trying us and thank you for taking the time out to share your review. We have pulled your order and see that when customer service called for an ending on the entity, you had changed the product from our Slim Line to an E-Kit due to needing a faster shipping speed. Our E-Kit's come in two hours or less so they're perfect if you need it in a hurry. An E-Kit was sent as asked for. If this was confusing , we sincerely apologize. We would be happy to come up with a solution and send you a slimline binder at a reduced cost so you can print out the document from the E-Kit and put them in a binder so you have both the electronic and soft copies.
