Edco is a corrupt company

Edco is a corrupt company. They charge me $97 for a green bin even though I don’t even have a green bin. I paid for the other bins but not the green bin because I don’t have or need or want a green bin. Edco said I still have to pay $97 a month. I refused and they stopped picking up any of my bins but still kept charging me. California is corrupt. Signal Hill is corrupt. Edco is corrupt. California is so unaffordable. I have lived here all of my life but now hate it. I’m leaving because of corruption like this. It never ends!
