DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!! ****BEWARE**** I wanted open riser stairs and paid $5500 and Trevor is holding on to my money when he never started the project. He was scheduling an architect or engineer to come to my home, and the first person Daniel - he didn't do any measurements. Daniel apparently wanted money upfront and I was confused because I already paid. Then Trevor said he didn't want to give Daniel the money until he completed thrle job; as he was paid in full for previous jobs and didn't complete the work. Both Daniel and Trevor had a dispute over email while I was tagged. Eventually Trevor advised a man named Karen would do the drawings and I would get engineered drawings. Karen never showed up at all. The Trevor advised a man named Adrian would show up to do drawings. Canceled and missed appointments. I then decided to cancel the project all together because time was passing and nothing was happening. Very disorganized and it was just the beginning of the project. I respectfully canceled and he refuses to give my money back. I will be doing a consumers report, reporting to the BBB and take him to court. I will also use social media to expose this company and the dishonesty displayed. He took down the Google reviews, so here I am. I will also reach out to media outlets as well. I will definitely get my money back, it's just sad that people can be so disgusting. Why does he feel entitled to my money? Weird.
