Easy to place the order, smooth distribution. Bicycle was in brilliant condition. Easy to assemble.

Ordering was easy, bike was delivered within a couple of days. The instruction manual was not completely up to date with the model we ordered, but after 90 minutes the bike was ready for it's first spin. My daughter is extremely hsppy with her "new ride".

The communication about the transfer and the track and trace. The box was not damaged. We did not put the bike together jet becaus it is for mij daughters birthday. But so far...very good!!!

Everything was good. If batteries were included, it would've been 5 stars.

Overall I am very very happy with my new bike! Super fast shipment, perfect communication about the sending, bike is exactly as described and the quality so far seems really good. A few points why it's not 5 stars: the box was damaged during shipment, and therefore a few scratches. Nothing to crazy tho. There also wasn't a video specifically for my type of bike but logic thinking comes a long way ;)
Other than that, very happy with my new bike and would definitely recommend!!
