Took Money But No Product.

I just ordered and an 3in1 stroller and made the payment via Ideal Payment and it's processed successfully from by bank account. After payment made It's redirect to the webpage and it's showing payment cancelled. Now I don't know where is my €772 !
They don't have any contact phone number either live chat or anything quick way to contact with the support. Only via email and also I don't know when I'll get the reply and the situation of my money.

They should have more reliable customer support system.
