Ordered over a month ago. Still haven’t received the item I purchased!

I got junk!It was a personalized wedding gift for my daughter that was supposed to be in a thick glassed frame and I got a skinny piece of wood and the picture was not covered at all and dirty!52 dollars that I will be throwing away but will have my bank get my money back from these scammer!

i wish i had read these reviews (before fake reviews on their site) before ordering. my item came un assembled and with missing parts. not what i ordered!!! like seriously wtaf disputing with amex now

Don’t buy anything from this company! I bought their crocheted pet key - what arrived was of very poor quality with fake fur! Nothing near to what was promised. Absolutely overpriced and ridiculous. Another chinese scam!!!

It's a scam website that steals designs, photos, descriptions, reviews etc from SMALL BUSINESSES and sells them as their own! DO NOT BUY!!!!! They stole from me!

Ordered 1 1/2 months ago. Says it was delivered but it never was. This website is a scam.

Waited an entire month to receive my item for the zipper on it to break the day it arrived. When I contacted them demanding a refund they tried to offer me a replacement which I refuses because it is obviously poorly made and because I don't want to wait another month to get it when it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I insisted on a refund which they did eventually give but still charged me $7.99 for shipping which is ridiculous in my opinion given that their product was crap.

Scam website. Do not buy anything from them.
Ordered over a month ago, Never recieved anything. Says it still hasn't shipped.
No contact phone number and the email under "contact us" on their website doesn't exist. Scammed out of $140.

Ordered a superhero frame for father day. Didn’t arrived on time and the plexiglass was broken. I sent an email to complain and they sent a new frame… arrived broken too. Since then, they haven’t responded to my 10 emails sent to ask for a compensation. It was expensive and quality is poor. Sad because it was a great idea!

Ordered a gymnastic’s uniform hanger that has pockets for items and the uniform to be hung a month ago, and still not update on when it will be shipped.

They have not responded to my emails for update on delivery!

Took my money straight away -
Then sent a refund 28 days later when they realised that certain lego pieces were out of stock.

They also do not commit to a 12 day standard delivery.

Not trustworthy at all

I ordered a superhero picture frame. The frame had a cheap plastic instead of glass exterior that was broken in several places. One Lego superhero was missing and arm. The printed words were on cheap printing paper that was cut crooked and then mounted crooked. Cheap Styrofoam was used in the interior to give it a 3D effect which made it look very cheaply made.

Do not buy from this company. It is not worth the money or hassle.

They stole my photos from my website and are using the photos to sell it on their website. Ive seen the quality of their work from people that have purchased from them and reached out to me to show me photos. They are in China and it’s impossible to get them to stop scamming people and stealing my intellectual property as well as my customers.

Cute, creative idea but poor quality! Shadow box is likely from Dollar Tree. It’s faux wood with thin plastic cover. To keep appearance I would display where not handled often and can’t fall.

Bought the store's Father's Day block photo frame, which is really well made and quite reasonably priced. I didn't get an order email at first, and I almost thought it was a scam, but I private messaged them and they were still very patient in directing me to where to look for the order email.

Only put 1 star as I dont know how to put minus 5. Like previous buyers have said this company is a massive ripoff. Order what I thought was a cute crochet dog key ring - what I eventually got was a piece of fur with a nose and two eyes stuck on it ! My grandchildren could have done better for school project ! These people are ripoff merchants- advertising something they can’t deliver- don’t buy from them

Promised delivery by Valentine's Day, came two weeks late. No way to review on website or Facebook page.

Don’t buy anything from these people. This company also doubles up as a company called ‘Tapather’. I bought their crocheted pet key rings as they looked so cute & thought it would be a great memory of my daughter’s deceased dog. After a long wait for these two overpriced key rings, what arrived but two dog key rings with fake fur!!! Absolutely hideous and creepy. When I complained, the store said it can’t crochet longer haired animals. Nowhere was this mentioned on its website, nor did they contact me in advance regarding the problem, so false advertising & dishonest. Store steadfast in not giving me a refund & stopped responding to my emails. Don’t buy from them - poor quality and you’ll waste your money.

Horrible experience, item was not like described AT ALL. Quality of the item was really bad. They make it seem like they are US company, but they are from China. Like other reviews said, the customer service is not helpful at all. We paid for expedited shipping and we got it A MONTH LATER and the wait was not worth it at all. They offered 15% back but that doesn't even cover what we paid for expedited shipping!!!! We got scammed, the item was a lie and the shipping too. It's better to just throw money in the trash.
