My husband bought a dyson supersonic as a gift. It melted 5 months after. Dyson let me know the product is not real and a scam. Tried to call Cosea Beauty 3 times, without luck. So far no response from customer service either.

Dyson just informed me that my dryer is a fraud! One of the fakes broke the day I used it.They have not responded to my letter asking for my money back. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE!

En Dyson me acaban de decir que mi secador is una estafa!! On the first day I used it, a falsification was discovered. I wrote them so they would give me the money and they didn't dispute it. THIS TIENDA HAS NO COMPREIS

I bought a Dyson Supersonic and tried to return it. They told me to ship it back and that they would refund everything including shipping costs.

According to UPS the product has arrived but they are not answering my emails or calls. This is a scam

After posting this they threatened to delay the refund and to sue me for "false reviews". After opening a claim with Revolut they ended up giving the money back - not including shipping costs.

I have just been told by Dyson that my dryer is a scam!!! a counterfeit that broke the first day I used it. I have written them for my money back and they have not replied. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

I received my product in time, the price was competitive, and i've had a good communication with customer service during product shipping.
Product correctly registered at mydyson website.
Poor tracking informations created a little bit of suspance in christmas period

Luckily, I did receive the product and was able to register it at Dyson.com. However, the communication with the company was extremely poor (I sent them two emails and called them more than 5 times with no luck). This is not the service and stress you want to get when buying such expensive item. Also, as you can see from their response they are not good in responding to complaints and are very rude. Company needs to work on communication, otherwise it doesn’t worth the stress buying through them.
UPDATE: the dryer broke after 2 months of usage (one of the attachments melted completely). The communication was good enough, we agreed that I will send them a hairdryer and they processed a refund. However, they never returned money for postage as we agreed and stopped responding. I waisted 20€ but gladly returned the main cost for the dryer and could buy a new one from Dyson directly. Do they sell fake hairdryers? I really don’t know, but what I know is that I will never buy anything in this shop.

I bought a new Dyson Supersonic - which I had significant concerns about:

-The shipping label indicated the product was shipped from China, the label on the cord stated the product was made in the Philippines whereas the body of the hairdryer stated it was made in Malaysia.

-The production quality was very poor - the filter was dented and starting to rust, and the finishing on the plastic/buttons was not in line with the Dysons I had seen in the store.

-The documentation was riddled with spelling mistakes.

-The print quality on the packaging was very poor.

-The comb attachment for the drier was bent.

When I contacted the seller with my concerns about the authenticity of the product, they responded quickly and were helpful in replacing the unit with one that was, as far as I could tell, a genuine Dyson product. They also provided a generous refund to compensate me for the inconvenience.

Experience still in progress, but first steps are not too encouraging.
Only three days after my order/payment and a few emails to customer support I have received some sort of info on shipping and delivery date. These interaction delays are less than good in todays ecom environment.

I had a small issue with a Dyson hairdryer (totally not the fault of Cosea Beauty) so I emailed them about the issue. They replied within 1 day (at the weekend), with a suggested a resolution. I replied to them on a Sunday morning and within two hours they had sent a refund to me.

I can´t think of another company I´ve purchased from who has been so quick to respond or so quick to resolve an issue - it´s literally the best online service I've ever experienced and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I made a mistake with an item I ordered (which I had to send them back)...customer service is very responsive and it was sorted out very quickly.
I strongly recommend this website.
