Visited Cosmedics in Putney for skin lesion removal. Lovely comfortable premises. Staff really lovely & Sam Ghorbanian was very reassuring for the treatment& outcome for the removal of the lesion. Treatment was quick & painless. Would highly recommend them especially for something on the face.

Dr Michail Malandrakis and his team are just genius! I felt at complete ease the minute I walked in, it was such a clean and chilled environment, I had all my concerns and questions answered in detail, Dr Malandrakis has the most gentle touch, as light as a feather, I’m so pleased with my new eyes no more heavy skin pulling me down physically and emotionally, i had no pain during my upper blepharoplasty, and i healed very quickly took his advise and took my arnica religiously.
I was inwardly nervous for my procedure, but I now know I didn’t have worried at all, I can’t fault anyone/thing at cosmedics couldn’t get a nicer team of people in the one place!

I’ve been visiting Cosmedics for years for Botox and fillers. If you want natural looking results, this is the place to go! All treatments are done by qualified doctors, so I always feel in safe hands.

I’ve been going to Cosmedics for over 10
years and see Dr Perry for aesthetic treatments. I am more than pleased with the results and as Dr Perry is medically trained feel I can trust that the treatments are not only perfect, but safe as well. All the staff are brilliant and the whole experience is like visiting a tranquil sanctuary with clinical excellence.

Very happy with my treatment results and the reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Didn’t even get to the consultation. Called up to enquire about a procedure and the receptionists attitude put me off the whole clinic within about 15 seconds. Shitty attitude and customer service, don’t bother.

I saw Dr Tam at the Harley Street location. Excellent service and very competitive prices.

Quick and efficient, can't fault it. Have gone there previously and will continue to do so for my needs.

5/5 I saw Dr Ross Perry at Putney in London, which was a nightmare to get to, but once there the appointment was quick and painless. Very professional doctor who had availability the same week I booked the appointment. I'd had a biopsy of a mole on my forehead which hadn't healed properly and looked awful especially when I stood under a light. The doctor fixed it, gave me some advice and sent me on my way within 20~30 minutes. Staff were polite an curteous and the doctor was obviously very knowledgable.

2 weeks later and the shave site has almost healed with a 1000% improvement. Very grateful and wish I'd had this done a year ago.

Very close to a station but I chose to park on St. Johns road which was £10 for 2 hours with plenty of space, but I needn't have worried as parking was available much closer.

Highly recommend based off this one short experience. The biggest downside was that I was in the waiting room for such a short amount of time I didn't get to sneak in a free tea / coffee. Which as complaints go, is pretty good!

Whilst the on the day removal was quick and painless, the aftercare has been terrible. Due to my location I was given dissolvable stitches, so I was not due for a check up/stitch removal. I was happy with this approach as I had been given the email address for any issues and was informed the response would be quick. 7 days after my appointment I was instructed to change the steri strips and bandage. When I did this my wound was half open and bleeding. I cleaned and redressed the wound and emailed the clinic as instructed for advice on what to do next and how to treat, not expecting a response until Monday as I knew they were closed. Monday morning passes and there was no response, I had to chase, the reply later that afternoon was that they hadn’t received the pictures of the wound I had sent and once received they will get the Dr to assess. I replied straight away with the pictures I attached for a second time and it’s now over 24 hours later and still no response. I have had lots of surgical treatments minor and major with various clinics/surgeons, and this is by far the worst aftercare I have ever had. Really disappointed, hoping the wound is not infected and heals.

Dr Lydia was outstanding. I had a growth near my eye. She identified that it was a wart and successfully removed it there and then. I would highly recommend. I would go back in a heart beat. Thank you Dr Lydia you are truly magical x

I had two moles removed on my face in May 2022. One of these was not fully removed and has been left looking more prominent than it did originally. Since then, I have been pregnant and breastfeeding meaning I could not attend for further treatment.
Having now requested that the mole is shaved down further, I am told that I will have to pay £75 for this. I am so disappointed that I paid a lot of money for a service that was not actually provided, and I now need to pay more.
I would highly recommend going elsewhere for treatment if you would like it to actually be completed properly without having to pay out more money.
Such a shame as having used Cosmedics in the past, I was impressed by the follow up care to make sure I was happy with the treatment. Things have clearly changed.

Update: Cosmedics offered to waive the fee. They believed I had not raised this with them for 15 months when actually I raised it with them promptly in June 2022 shortly after having the mole removed originally. They believed that the mole had regrown during my pregnancy which is not the case hence me raising it with them before becoming pregnant. I have decided not to continue with the treatment due to this experience and will go elsewhere.

Edit: the response below is concerning as it implies they can not remove your mole successfully and charge you money for a follow up to actually remove it.

Cosmedics provide excellent professional, yet personal care. I had a slightly more complex set of investigations and was very anxious but I knew I could call or email at any point and would receive a reply. Dr Perry explained results clearly without instilling any fear in me! A particular thanks to Naomi, who could not have done enough for me - she is an asset to their team. Would absolutely recommend.

I am very pleased with my visit to Cosmedics. Dr Lydia was very professional and compassionate and I was treated with excellent care by herself and the attending nurse. The aftercare was explained thoroughly and any questions were welcomed and answers. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I needed to and would highly recommend :). I wish I had gone sooner!

I had the pleasure of being examined by Dr Ross Perry last week and can say that my experience with him and his assistant has been extremely positive. Dr Perry knowledges are excellent, he is very professional and welcoming as well as his assistant. They were both very patient with me and extremely kind and careful to all details.
Prices are reasonable and the clinic in South Kensington is very nice. I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for a professional and caring team that will take care of your skin.

I was here to see Dr Perry this afternoon, regarding my sebaceous hyperplasia on my forehead and temples, it was really affecting my confidence, Dr Perry gave me a few options and I opted for the removal there and then, the process was quick , and for me , painless , it was actually quite relaxing! Dr Perry is friendly, kind and very professional, I'm Very pleased with the results , if you have any skin concerns, this is the clinic/doctor to visit , highly recommended

I saw Dr Jenny in Harley Street today to look at my skin tags and moles. The tags were removed in a procedure so quick I was rather amazed. Wish I had taken the plunge years ago!! The doc and nurse were both friendly and brilliant at putting me at ease. I felt the cost was very reasonable especially for the relief the removal of the tags has given me. I never felt pressured to undergo mole removal and in fact quite the opposite. I know I have still to heal before I can say how successful it was but from what I've seen and experienced so far I would definitely recommend and will go back to have a mole removed later in the year. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you!!

I have been seeing Dr Michail Malandrakis at Cosmedics for years now. First for Botox and later for tear trough fillers. Dr Malandrakis Is a consummate professional and extremely skilled at what he does. Most tellingly, this is someone who cares more about his work than providing unnecessary procedures and will tell you to wait if he feels it is not time to top up or repeat something.

I have recommended him to multiple people and each one has had the same excellent experience. This is not the cheapest treatment, but I feel the expertise and care shown is absolutely worth it.
