I went for Gastric Sleeve in Nov with my husband. At the airport I wasn't happy with the organisation. We waited ages before we could see the transport and had to send messages to the WhatsApp group. However when we finally got to the hotel, the service was perfect. They check everything the night before the surgery. Whole body scan, bloods, ECG, Ultrasound. Then you sleep on a very nice and clean room with my hubby on the spacious couch. All meals brought to him. The surgery went well and the Surgeon visited before and after to make sure all went well, with the English-speaking lady explaining what the doctor is saying. The hotel was excellent too and on our travel day the taxi was there at exactly the agreed time at 04.00 in the morning. I can't complain at all and my weight is dropping off as promised. Thank you.

Excellent from start to finish- kept fully informed throughout, always there for queries or questions, was made fully aware of everything happening and care and service was excellent .

Fake watch-out dont ruin ur life. ALL THE 5 star reviews are fake Turkish people try to berry the bad reviews. For example Look for the user "paula gabi" she left the same review on trustpilot here under Cosmeticium clinic and under Medaway (same exact review) thats one example of many keep lookin (DONT RUIN YOUR LIFE DONT DEAL WITH THEM) rude, fake, lack of organization, double faced, only 2 speaks english, uou have to tip everyone in order to get a cup of water hotel is never what the promise you after surgery no one knows u no one answers nothing its a scam place probably the learned the surgeries from youtube.

From the moment I got to the hospital the service was Phenomenal great staff well organized and very friendly and professional highly recommended.

I travelled to turkey with my partner for rhinoplasty/nose job and the experience from start to finish was amazing. I messaged for a consultation and the surgeon got back to me straight away with a plan. Then the co ordinator told me the process, all about travel, hotel, surgery, everything I needed to know. I paid the deposit during lockdown and was kept aware of all travel restrictions for both turkey and the uk. I am a very anxious person but every question or query I had was answered straight away. The hotel was lovely and surgery was straight forward and easy. I was kept up to date with every step and am planning on having more surgery with the same company in the summer. I would recommend this company and surgeon (dr emre and dr goken) to anybody thinking about having a nose job. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They went above and beyond.

I travelled to Turkey with my husband for lipo-suction with Dr selami. In the beginning of this journey I was anxious and unsure but my case manager sezer has been absolutely excellent from start to finish. I could not commend him anymore for his understanding, care and overall attitude towards me so I would like to say a big thank you to sezer. On meeting Dr selami he had aura about him his confidence and discipline is next to none. He made me feel confident and assured about my surgery. After my surgery the results was almost immediate although he assured me it would get better with time. Dr selami is an excellent surgeon one I recommend you ask for if you are thinking about cosmetic surgery in turkey. Thank you Dr selami and I will be back next year for an uplift. During this journey I met the lovely nurse whose name is cemre like Gemma in English she was just amazing she took care of me and made sure that I was catered to throughout my stay in the hospital what an excellent nurse she is. Lastly I would like to say thanks to the office team and the transportation team and sefa for being so friendly and accommodating.

I would like to say if you are thinking of cosmetic surgery in turkey then look no further than cosmeticium you will not regret it.
Also myself and my husband had teeth whitening and wow excellent results so thank you for the dentist who I did not get his name.

I’m so pleased with the results from my nose job. Everyone was so kind and helpful and it was a really nice experience. I was nervous to go to another country for surgery but I’m so happy I did, I think the experience would not have been as good if I got it done somewhere in the UK. My surgeon was Dr Gorkem Atsal who was amazing, he knew exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Tarkan was so helpful throughout the whole process, I had so many questions and they were always answered really quickly. Huveyda and Furkan were also so helpful with organising everything. Thank you!

Where to start… first of all I mainly dealt with Mr Tarkan who was completely amazing 🤩 very Informative, and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and queries quickly and fully. He arranged absolutely everything from transfers to the hotel the surgery to check ups while everything so all I had to do was pay show up, everything else was done for me (and kept me informed throughout) He is still answering any questions I have now which is after surgery and now I’m home. He constantly puts my mind at ease and I don’t have enough positive things to say about him 🤩, The surgeon 👨‍⚕️ was so good 😊, both in skill, personality and finding out and delivering the results I wanted. I’m so made up with the results 😍 have always hated my nose since I was a child, not any more!!! I’m so happy with my experience. Not going to lie can be daunting going to a different country for surgery but all I’ve had is a positive experience and would recommend it to people that are considering surgery. Everyone has gone out of there way to make sure this was a good experience and I’m happy with everything 😄🥳🤩😃😃😃.

The organisation and communication from this company was very efficient, the transfers to the hospital and to hotel was well organised. My experience in the clinic was provided for by a team of highly skilled, competent and caring professionals. I do think, however that if Cosmeticium wants to encourage buisiness from overseas particularly the UK then an english speaking staff member needs to be on duty at all times. The language barrier was difficult.
The surgeon seemed excellent,.very thorough and experienced.
The co ordinator Huweyda fromwas very kind, charming, intelligent and had fantastic people skills and brilliant a sense of humour,an essential quality in this role. I feel.
The case manager Emirhan went beyind his role, particularly as i was refused my flight home due to issues with my passenger locator form, and a second time due to ques in airport
He organised alternative accomadation to the Gorrion because it was full, both of which were excellent.
He also supported me with an alarm call aswell as offering to speak to the taxi driver that took me from airport ro hotel close by. The taxi charged me 300 lira instead if the approx 40lira.
He really did everything he could, the entire time of my stay.
He also organised my dental treatment the same day as i asked
The hospital was excellent, with a big room, huge bathroom and stunning view of Istabul.
The Gorrion Hotel exceeded all expectations, it was incredible , an enormous rooms with bathroom, tea bar and other facilities.
Should I need a tumny tuck, and lipo suction I would return Cosmeticum. The value is incredible.

I've had my rhinoplasty surgery in September with doctor Gortkematsal , I'm happy with the results of surgery and also with the services provided by the rest of the stuff also the hotel it a great place with really nice food and nice stuff as well . I've been recommended the Medaway& Cosmeticium to my friends already! I've been very well looked after in the hospital and hotel ! I can't say anything bad about them because all of them are good and helping people! If will be to take everything from the beginning I'll choose them again !

Cosmeticium are the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a face-lift August 2020. My eyes were that bad I've spent a full year at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. Doctor Mehmet literally butchered me. I still suffer with numbness and nerve damage to my face. The scars are disgusting and my eyes will never be the same. They have ignored my request for a refund. I strongly recommend not to use this company for any treatments.

I must thank my surgical team for the professionalism and kindness they showed me throughout the entire process, from planning to discharge. The hospital has excellent hygiene and conditions. The language barrier was never an issue as the hospital provides free WiFi and I was able to use a translator whenever necessary. The food was nice! The hotel where I stayed was so peaceful and comfortable and all the staff so friendly. My recovery was always carefully followed. And Istambul is definitely a city to return to! My experience was positive without a doubt!

I’m really happy and relieved about the rhino plasty. At first I was a bit skeptical because I wasn’t sure about some stuff but all the worries I had were perfectly handled by the good employees from this clinic. They were there for me all the time, I’m so thankful for them. Everytime when I would have doubts or questions, they would help me out and calm me down. The doctor, Emre Turkmen, is really good and full filled my wishes. I told him I want it natural looking and not too upturned because I was afraid it would be too upturned since I see this happening often these days. Thankfully, it looks really natural and suits my face and not too upturned at all!! So happy about the results and the good employees! I’m relieved about the whole experience and the employees have defenitly made the experience better for me. Also the hotel is really good and nice, they offer nice food and great services. The taxi brought me to the clinic, the hotel and the airpoirt. this was excellent!! I couldn’t have a better experience and I defenitly recommend Medaway to anyone.

I had a breast reduction with Medaway a few weeks ago and it was the best decision of my life.I’m 21 and travelled to turkey on my own , I can’t recommend them enough! , the whole journey up until the surgery was amazing! The whole team made everything so easy and I was well looked after. My surgeon did exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased with my results! I have never been this happy with my breasts!! They are super perky and round and my scars are already healing so nicely. I felt no pain whatsoever it doesn’t even feel like I had surgery! I am in great form now and could return to work after a week I felt completely normal!! If you are considering getting a breast reduction or any surgery I would definitely Recommend Medaway the care and results u get are absolutely amazing! I can’t thank them enough!!

This is the worst experience of my life im not exaggerating !!
I went to Cosmeticium (MedAway) turkey to do breast implant, liposuction, fat transfer and face treatment
first I told the doctor im athletic and I go to the gym and he put one implant under the muscle and the other is dual plane. he shouldn't have put any implant under the muscle when he knew that I lift weights. that stopped me completely from working out and ruined my mental health.

I paid 1900 pounds for face treatments for acne scars and they promised that I will not need any treatments
however, that's a lie, Im still undergoing treatments here in the UK
second, I did a liposuction, I still look the same, I still have belly fat and the fat transfer one buttock side is bigger than the other
thirdly, this place are complete lairs when they say they have a place in London if your case gets complicated.

I had 3 month post operation very bad pain in the implant under the muscle, I spoke to them on watsapp
they literally saw my messages and didn't answer me
I had to make my boyfriend to message them from different number to answer me, after all the girl who called Zeninap told me the doctor is not going to speak to you unless ur 6 month post operation
once they take ur money they are not interested to speak to you anymore. very rude
this put me through hell and depression by the way they treated me post operation.

after all, the pain kept going on and persistent, I had to go to private surgeon in London, he told me I have a nerve damage caused by the operation

I spoke to them and told them that, then Zeinap got back to me saying the doctor say you need to change the implant placement. the funny thing they didn't even offer to correct the mistake they did in the surgery and offer me to come back to turkey to correct it

I explained to her im not happy about the breast implants and the liposuction

I sent the pictures and they never got back to me ever since (6 weeks ago)

this place is a scam, don't go there and waste your money

after the surgery in the hospital, nobody was speaking English, I was in so much pain no-one even wanted to give me a glass of water , I had to give tips to all the staff to help me !!!!!!
im going to do corrective surgeries for breast implant, liposuction and fat transfer in October.
the money I thought im saving for doing it in turkey, I have to pay more money now to correct all the surgeries I had with this place
not only the money issue and the bad treatment I received, the mental health they put me through after having terrible results was horrendous. I have to be put on depression medication

i found out they put my breast implant photo on their instagram without my permission and i had to ask them to take it down!!!’

Also if you see the good reviews here its all written by turkish people , they writing with Turkish letters , thats a big mistake on their side when they choose people to write them fake good comments and they cant even use English letters 😀

I had a great experience with my surgeries. I had hair transplant, rhinoplasty, and chin augmentation done in one trip. All doctors were knowledgeable and confident about the results that I would get. They were also able to answer every question I had.

I chose Cosmeticium for Rhinoplasty surgery, I am currently writing this review from the hotel bed. So far my experience has been really positive. The co-ordination team are very helpful, the surgery went well, although I am very swollen and bruised which is to be expected so soon after the surgery.
The transport service has been excellent and the hotel staff are very helpful. My phone charger has broken and they have arranged to have one dropped off at the hotel for me.
I will post again with my results, I am hoping they are as good as the service received.

It has been 6 months since my nose surgery. I got a better result than the photo I showed my doctor x. It looks fine for my face. I wish I had been treated for my under eye bruises.Maybe in the future I'll come back to Turkey for it.

My boyfriend was unhappy with his excess weight. I was worried about him and I knew he needed gastric bypass surgery. I contacted Cosmeticium, they gave me a great price. Also they didn't charge for the attendant. Doctor Nihat did a very good job. It's been 3 months since he had surgery. We are following the diet program conveyed by manager Tarkan. My boyfriend is getting healthier. We are very happy!
