I am a real person, unpaid for my opinion. I signed up through a Groupon and received my first meds within 2 weeks. I have subsequently had a screening for Tretanoin and was approved within 48 hours (About 7-10 days to receive) I agree about their website being difficult to navigate because it doesn't link to Fedex, but that isn't enough for me to take any stars away

Customer service up to this point has been non existent, I'm hoping with the new customer service rep it will be better. I would love to be able to write another review later saying what I great company this is but time will tell.

I’ve tried a couple GLP1 programs and cosmetic rx has been the smoothest. Barely had to wait for my prescription to be sent out. They also are much more affordable than the other programs.

Horrible customer service, I have been going back and forth with these people for weeks for a refund for a package I never received. Highly don't recommend and I would use a different company.
