I believe this company is a scam

I believe this company is a scam. I placed an order on 12/10/25 and as of today (1/2/26) I still haven't received it. All they have been doing is giving me the run around and today when I checked for a response to my last message, they told me that they were going to rerun my card again to place a new order when I have already paid them for shipping and my prescription on 12/10 (which I haven't received a refund for). So, they are trying to charge my card twice without sending me an order.

This was my first time ordering from them and they charged my card 199.00 By mistake it was super to only be 29.00 so I emailed them and it said someone works get back within 24 hours, however I got a email back in a couple hours and it was telling me that 170.00 was returned to my account. And it actually was back in my account. That was great customer service, and I'm truly appreciative for them and they're professionalism.

This buisness should be shut down

This buisness should be shut down. Not only do they not have a number you can call to talk to ANYONE, ever, their customer service is generic responses that don't fix the issue. I have medications prescribed and they constantly have delays of 1-2 weeks between dose adjustments that I am sure are not safe when missing a medication for that long. Never have I spoke with a doctor and when having side effects, some random person, not a medical professional, was asking what my symptoms are with no further response. I'm not sure how they are legally able to operate. They have over billed me and took MONTHS to refund the money only after many attempts of contacting their pathetic customer service and the better buisness burea. Stay FAR away. You will be out money, frustrated, and potentially getting unsafe doses with week delays between meds that should be routine.

Before purchasing injectable or prescription-based services through this merchant, consumers should conduct independent due diligence.

The physician associated with prescribing medications for CosmeticRx, Patrick Desmond Kavanagh, MD, has a documented history of medical board actions, consent orders, and monetary fines across multiple states, including Florida, Texas, Michigan, New York, South Carolina, Hawaii, and Virginia, according to publicly available medical board records. These actions include fines, letters of concern, consent agreements, and reporting violations related to prior board orders.

While a medical license may be listed as “active,” consumers should understand that active status does not negate prior disciplinary actions, especially when those actions involve regulatory compliance and reporting failures across several jurisdictions.

In my personal experience as a Groupon customer:

The product was never delivered

A tracking number showed delivery to another state, not my address

My personal health information was exposed to another individual

The merchant refused to refund

Groupon denied a refund solely because the voucher was redeemed—despite non-delivery and merchants refusal to refund my money, which is theft.

Injectable medications require trust, transparency, and strict compliance with medical and privacy standards. Based on public records and direct consumer experience, I no longer trust this merchant or Groupon’s vetting process for this listing.

Consumers should carefully review medical board histories, BBB complaints, and one-star reviews before purchasing health-related services advertised on Groupon.

HERE'S THE BACKGROUUND ON MY GROUPON PURCHASE!!!

I purchased a Groupon voucher for ********* services on July 9, 2025 (Order #1000-150090-964220) in the amount of $112.50, and redeemed the voucher on October 28, 2025, as required to receive the product. I also paid $29.99 in shipping directly to the merchant, CosmeticRx.

I would never have known of or transacted with CosmeticRx but for Groupon’s advertisement and placement of this merchant on its platform. As a consumer, my reasonable expectation is that Groupon vets its merchants, ensures they meet quality and compliance criteria, and will stand behind purchases when a merchant fails to deliver.

None of that occurred.

CosmeticRx never delivered the product. Instead, they provided a tracking number falsely marked “delivered,” which I later confirmed was sent via FedEx to Oxnard, California (FedEx Tracking #395088587296), not my residence in Princeton, Texas, exposing my personal health information to another individual. This was reported to Groupon with screenshots. CosmeticRx refused to refund and ceased communication.

I informed Groupon that I no longer trust this merchant or the injectable product due to non-delivery, misrepresentation, and PHI exposure, and requested a refund. Groupon refused, stating that because I redeemed the voucher, no refund is available.

This creates an unfair “catch-22.” Redemption is required to obtain the product, yet redemption is used to strip consumers of refund rights when the merchant fails. I could not have known—at redemption—that the product would not be delivered, that my PHI would be exposed, or that the merchant would refuse to communicate or refund. Groupon, however, had access to prior complaints and reviews reflecting these exact issues.

Groupon’s conduct constitutes misleading and deceptive trade practices under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) by advertising and profiting from a merchant that fails to provide goods as promised, while denying refunds after merchant nonperformance.

Groupon's failure to delist this company from their platform results in harm to the Consumers who purchase this company's product based on Groupon's vetting and quality assurance program. This company is unlawful and unethical.

Best price and easy ordering

Best price I’ve seen and easy to order. Pure tirzepatide without other ingredients is a plus too. The only snag was I did get charged $199 for the first month even though I had a Groupon. They were quick to refund and fix the issue.
