Great customer service. Fantastic product and timely service with updates along the way. Very happy as always.

The website stated that delivery would take 7–13 business days, however, after more than two months, the item still had not arrived. I did receive replies to my enquiry emails, but the issue was never resolved.
In the end, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I then received an email saying the refund had been completed, but the money has still not been returned to my account.
This has been a very disappointing experience.

First time purchasing from Cosmetics Now and would certainly use them again. I realised I had made an error after placing my order and this was rectified efficiently. Also, they are a small Australian business and it's nice to be able to support small businesses.

Extremely slow, to process a singular tub of hair product from "Melbourne to Adelaide" Absolute garbage service. Literally ordered a month ago and still haven't received, and they emailed me back with “Usually dispatched within 7–15 working days.” which is nuts in itself. I have received parcels from regional Poland quicker than these guys.

Fabulous & friendly customer service always greatly appreciated.

I haven't used these guys for a little while and was pleasantly surprised with the range of products and good customer service. I would recommend this company and will use them again. Really good follow up on any queries.

I am so happy with my order! Quick delivery as well! I found my Sisley Sisleÿa Le Teint foundation and color here, which is impossible to find at local Sisley counters anymore and I was delighted to receive an unexpected gift!

My purchase took a month to arrive. When it finally arrived it was the wrong product. I have emailed multiple times with no response. There has been no communication what so ever from the time of the purchase. I'm stuck with a product I can't use. Very bad customer service. I will not be dealing with them again. I wouldn't waste your time.
This company is garbage. I was finally contacted be them. They said the are sorry and would send out the correct product. Hmm I'm still waiting. That was months ago. I was asked by the manager to adjust my review. He'll no that's going to happen.

I’ve been a customer for more than a year, buying both niche and designer fragrances. Products are the real thing and their Customer Service team (like Veena) is wonderful. Amazing products, at an amazing price, from amazing people - you can’t top that!

14 days after placing the order my product is still not delivered.
I called the 1800 number I got an answering machine, asking me to leave a message, which I did and no one called me back.
I emailed customer support and had no response.
So no customer service and no product delivery!! couldn’t be a worse experience. Very unhappy and will never order from them again or recommend the company.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. There was a problem with the delivery of my package to a collection point. They worked quickly and tirelessly to locate the package and ensure its delivery.
Also the bottles and jars were well packed so everything arrived intact.

Ankur resolved my issue very quickly which I was thankful for. I don't like how shipping takes almost 2 weeks that is crazy but I'm glad I got my order refunded and was able to purchase elsewhere.

My order got returned to the company, when I contacted them they explained what happened, they immediately corrected the issue and the product is on the way. By the way, the mistake was on my part. Very efficient for sure and it's much appreciated.
