If I could give you zero stars I absolutely would.
What a total scam of a company, cheap nasty utter crap has arrived to me today. Noisy when being touched as the transfer on them is so plastic, you know it'll peel off as soon as it goes in the washing machine, quality of the print is horrendous, one is so blurry it's actually a joke. All those 5 stars on their website are obviously just fake reviews as no one in their right mind would be happy with this utter rubbish. Gutted I just followed links my son sent me and I didn't check here first as I'm now £50 down and their scam of a website says no returns or refunds.. I wonder why!!!
BEWARE, avoid avoid avoid. I am so annoyed. Absolute scam artists.

I ordered a hoodie on 1st may. After 2 weeks I got a message from Cosmicclothing, about my refund. I paid 200$ and got back only 100$.

Ordered the blast hoodie as a gift, took forever to arrive and when it did it was nothing like the pictures, the description on the website says “ 100% quality cotton, Y2k, streetwear, vintage inspired, heavyweight material, faded look, and boxy fit.”, it is definitely not cotton or high quality and has no label listing the materials, instead it’s a weird lightweight shiny polyester fleece material. Also does not have a faded look nor is a boxy fit. Very disappointed especially as they have a no refunds or returns policy which is unsurprising given the low quality and inaccurate descriptions.

A scam - I ordered a hoodie on Dec 4th. Never received. Have reached out to all the customer service emails and didn't even get a response. Will need to go to Visa in the hopes of getting my $ back

60€ for this quality is unacceptable, the sweatshirt is the worst I ever buy. Totally scam, and the print is not attached very well to the sweatshirt!

I ordered a hoody and a tshirt for my son on 4 December 2024 (same order), standard shipping (9-12 business days), so should have arrived by 20 December, i.e. in time for Christmas. I chased the order on 15 December - no reply. I received an automated email from them on 19 December saying the order was on the way. The hoody arrived, on its own, on 20 December. I emailed them on the same day to enquire about the tshirt - no reply. The tshirt eventually arrived on 27 December. They items' quality is fine but there is no customer service. If the items hadn't arrived, I can only assume I would have had to take them to court as they are uncontainable.

i ordered some pants and they genuinely had poo stains on them.. i couldn't help but lick it and sniff it but the quality was so bad!

I never leave reviews but I'm so angry and disappointed, that on this occasion I felt compelled to do so. I ordered XL combat trousers and jumpers for my son. More like a UK size 8! Arrived late, quality of clothing ridiculously poor, thin and badly stitched! When I tried to organise returns I found that all sales are final and you cannot return the clothing. This company is a scam, £140 that I'll never get back. Avoid at all costs!

This brand is SHIT 100% cotton my ass. The xl is like a small. $50 for WHAT, THIS IS SHIT. Don’t ever buy anything from here if you have dignity.DONT ever buy cosmic clothing.

If there was an option for zero star that would have been my choice. My daughter's order is still processing… I’ve sent two emails with NO response. I am disputing the charge with my bank now! Please move forward when considering anything from this rip-off company.

Definitely a scam! I ordered and received a tracking number but when I click the tracking it takes me right back to their shopping site. I emailed multiple times and never got a response or the item. But they sure took my money! Do not buy from them!

They are a scam website, my items never showed up. It’s been a year

We bought a hoodie but when it arrived it had nothing to do with the picture or the description on the website, neither the fabric nor the shape nor the color nor the style. Besides it cannot be returned due to their return policy. We have been scammed and we lost 40 €. Never buy from them!!

terrible products, and even worse customer service. avoid at all costs.
additional, i advise you reverse image search the product you like, and i guarantee you’ll find it elsewhere. this is a pathetic drop shipping business with no real value.

Terrible product also has a no return policy , against all consumer rights . Took three weeks to come , product does not look like picture and cannot return !

I bought a sweatshirt, jorts, and sunglasses and I love them all. Came fast and good prices.

Product arrived but was really poor quality. The fact they offer no returns or refunds should have been a red flag.
Do not buy from this company, I won't again....

Scam, arrived on time but the material was shien quality, print was completely wrong, and colour was the total opposite of the advertised product. They won’t reply to messages..
