it is impossible to launch games from several providers who have been on the market for many years and whose games are popular and available from many companies. Since I like to return to my favorite games, which cannot be opened here at all, even though they say they have them on offer, there is no point in bothering with this site.When I communicated via chat that I couldn't open the games and followed the necessary steps they advised me to take (I am quite tech-savvy when it comes to computers), nothing changed... They told me that there was no problem with the country I was logging in from, that the games should work... but they don't! I recommend trying to open the games first to see if they will open at all after you make a deposit!!! This way, you won't waste your money on weak and uninteresting games.

Trouble doing first deposit, it took the money twice, with no confirmation. Then cannot withdraw the money until account is verified. Does not accept UK driving license as ID. I was not in possession of my passport. No reply from Customer Services, Live Chat leaves you waiting far too long and then logs you off. Don’t activate the bonuses either, without reading the small print. It makes all your money unusable on anything other than the little casino games. Ridiculous. Feels very much like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Bitcoin Refund Issues
In fairness my experience up to this point has been pretty good using this online casino however, I had a £600 plus Bitcoin payment from my Cosmobet account refunded by my UK online Bank as they did not like where the payment came from (re their t&c’s) which I was not aware (given I had made similar transactions prior)! Cosmobet stated that they did not receive the transaction. Having had extensive conversations with my bank where we both tracked the bitcoin transaction back to the originating address/wallet provider, Cosmobet refused to accept that the funds were refunded! I provided unequivocal evidence from my bank and via the blockchain transaction clearly showing the refund however after many many email exchanges with Cosmobet online support team they refuse to recognise it. The responses I received were repetetive and did not address any specific questions. Ok platform until it’s not!!!!

I’m an experienced money waster and for once I was actually surprised by cosmobet.com I actually expected the usual difficulty’s with account verification as I never deposit without completing this process. However after a few attempts at uploading my passport and DL it was actually quite quickly approved I deposited around a £100 (not accepting deposit or sign up bonuses) and wanted to withdraw £150 I was initially only offered withdrawel in bitcoin but after a quick bit of research and uploading of a bank statement I was approved for bank transfer it took around 6 hours for them to approve the withdrawal request and 3 days for it to hit my bank I received £137 after euros were converted into GBP. All said all it worked out albeit slow.
For once no complicated documentation verification!!! however actual game play not as generous as some my initial £100 deposit was mostly made up of very small wins and very limited bonus rounds on “book of dead” and most bonus rounds were very small wins.
