Our 15 year old daughter just trotted off to Portland Comicon as happy as she could be with this costume. I had my doubts when we ordered given that we needed it custom, it is expensive, and I've never ordered from Cosplayshopper before. She's got an hourglass shape that can be hard to fit, so I couldn't imagine that ordering something online could possibly work and be the quality she was hoping for. We sent off her custom measurements and kept our fingers crossed.

She was nervous it wouldn't arrive on time because Comicon was coming up fast. She utilized the online chat feature and spoke to a wonderful rep who understood her concern, looked up her order and was able to expedite the completion and shipping at no extra charge. Amazing customer service!

The costume itself is stunning. This is no off the rack Halloween store costume, it looks as genuine as I could imagine, down to sweet little details in trim. I had to ask my daughter if the emblem on the front was metal or not, because it looked so sturdy.

Only downside is that it is a little tight in the chest area (I should have added an inch or two in my measurement there) and since you don't measure calves, the boot covers were a trick to zip up, but we got it done. Otherwise, it fits her very well and we are delighted. This is something she can enjoy for years and be proud of. It's well worth the investment. Thank you!!

Costume arrived filthy, smelling of gasoline, and wasn't to the measurements I sent. I sent very detailed measurements and instead of reaching my calves, or even knees, the dress was so short it exposed my backside and the waistline was stuck around my bust. I couldn't get either the bloomers nor the underskirt on, and the apron was 30 centimeters long instead of 51 meaning that the waist line of the apron rested above my breasts instead of around my waist.. and was so tight I almost sprained myself getting it over my head and instead of resting on my shoulders, which is how the picture shows, it gripped around my neck. It has also been brought to my attention that several of the pictures they website has posted were stolen. Edited to add: When I sought a refund through paypal they told me to return the package and cosplay fantasy provided a fake address to paypal.
