I have received my order last week. The fit was perfect, and it looked great! The detail on it came thru really well. It also came out undamaged after washing it. Many other costumes I've bought start falling apart after 1 wash, but this one is ready for the next time I want to wear it.

I ordered the pants to the Jyn Erso costume and they turned out great. Customer service was also very timely.

Fit as expected. Decent material. I think the quality is good for the price, and considering its purpose as a temporary costume.

CosplaySky Star Wars Jedi Robe Costume Obi-Wan Kenobi Halloween Outfit
This is an awesome Jedi costume. The only downside was the shoulder pieces sometimes fall off, the outer belt was way too big, and the robe has draw strings attached to it. I picked up some Velcro and attached the shoulders to the shirt, adjusted the belt to be smaller so it fit me, and cut the drawstrings off. All easy fixes and I had myself an outstanding Halloween costume. I bought the XXL size and with the exception of the outer belt the costume fit perfectly. I am especially impressed with the robe length. I am 6'-1" and I expected the robe to be too short but it fit me like a glove. Seriously I can't overstate how happy the robe length made me. For the price you won't find a better Jedi costume anywhere. I highly recommend this outfit.

I can only speak for my experience with a Star Wars Line Officer Uniform.. For the price, i couldn't beat it. I read through a 22 page forum post on how to order from them, how to get something made to my measurements. I know there can be a language barrier, so I made my own order form from an automotive racing suit blank.. It had all the key measurements (about 18 of them) with pictures so language wasn't an issue. I made sure all measurements were in metric. The suit fits like it was tailored for me (it was!) and the material is decent. Its more dress suit material than uniform material (thinner gaberdine blend), but again-- for the cost it's fantastic. I wasn't in a bind to receive the item before a certain time, so I ordered it and promptly for busy with other stuff. It took about 3.5 weeks to arrive, which was within what I'd call acceptable. Customer service was via email and generally nice. I immediately ordered another outfit using the same order sheet, and so did my brother. I'll find out in about a month if they're on the money. If you're looking for perfectly screen accurate costuming, CosplaySky is not for you. But for what I needed (good enough for 501st approval, well tailored, and will go under plastic armor), they did perfect. If you're looking for near perfect or perfect screen accurate, expect to pay 5 to 10 times the cost. It's all about managing your expectations.

The reviews on Trustpilot scared me, so after my order I emailed CosplaySky to share my concern. They responded the next working day to my email and were friendly and polite.

In fact, 3 days later, I received my order. I am pleased with the quality and value for money. I couldn't have made it myself for double the money. So well done to them.

I think like another reviewer said you got to be patient and polite with this company, they are trying their best.

The only negative I have is the order isn't updated on the website, so you think it's in processing limbo.

But all in all I am pleased and will order from them again.

Firstly I have purchased a cosplay before through amazing from cosplaysky.COM so I thought this was essentially the same. However it turns out cosplaysky.CA is completely different because the service and reviews I’ve now seen since this experience is drastically different between the two.
They processed my payment and did not email me any sort of confirmation of my purchase. I emailed them daily because I started getting nervous and no response for 4 weeks. I gave them benefit of a doubt because it was before Halloween that I ordered so perhaps they’re busy but 2 weeks after Halloween and still no response to my many emails? Sketchy.
I had to go to my credit card company to get the payment reversed and so they could lodge an official complaint about the website.
Overall disgusting!

I ordered a costume a month ago and i was going to send an email to complain about the wait today, and I'm unable to open up cosplaysky.ca ANYWHERE. I spent $120 on my cosplay with shipping, and I'm extremely ticked off. I have proof of my purchase with a screenshot, but they never sent me an email of my purchase. An absolute company and I want my money back.

The company portrays itself as a premium costume retailer that is known worldwide. Soon they will be known as the worst..

My order was never processed and I never recieved a confirmation email or Order ID. My credit card was charged and I never received the item. Contacted customer service multiple times with no response. When I sent an email to their official address (copied and pasted), I got a reply back from Gmail saying that the email address does not exist!

There are more than enough testimonies here to discredit cosplaysky as a trusted retailer. Don't be persuaded by their website aesthetics. Get your costume elsewhere !

I paid for fast shipping for my order, which stated it should be here within 3-4 days as it was not a custom order. The item arrived after 2 and a half weeks. I contacted the company to ask where my item was before this as it had not been sent out and no one ever got back to me.

Additionally, when the item arrived 2 and a half weeks late I immediately could see the terrible, terrible quality. It is made from the thinnest material. The print on the design was poorly printed and the item was not worth the money that was paid. It feels like it's just going to fall apart. There is thread hanging from the item and the stitching is awful! After paying a large amount to get this item quickly, and then get an item that was both late and horrible in quality I was extremely disappointed.

I again reached out to the company and they again never got back to me. The only way I was able to reach them was via Social Media (obviously scared of a bad review, too late!)

They responded to me on social media a day or two later. They did not offer to allow me to return the item, they did not offer to give me a refund. After multiple complaints and conversation they offered me 10% refund, which wasn't even the cost of the 'fast' shipping I had paid extra for! Disgusting behaviour and awful customer service.

Absolutely shoddy product. Will not use ever again and will ensure that none of my cosplay friends use this service.

Absolutely disgusting, I paid around £150 for a death gun cosplay which should have been in black as that's what the photos on the website showed, but when it arrived 90% of the cosplay was bright green & the buckles on the belt/harness were so fragile that I didn't even attempt to try them. After many emails of back & fourth, we agreed for me to receive a replacement cosplay (9S from Nier automata). I received the replacement cosplay about a week ago & they messed that one up as well!! The zip on the crotch snapped as soon as I tried them on & they also sent me 2 right hand gloves, surely I should be able to get a full refund without sending anything back after they messed up twice, right?

Wrong, they're now ignoring my emails & refusing a refund completely!! Don't ever do business with this company!!

I ordered a costume from cosplaysky and then read reviews online after because I felt like something was off about the website or company. After reading several negative reviews from different people and websites saying how the quality of their items are overpriced, cheap or a scam, I got scared so I emailed their customer service 5 MINUTES after I purchased my costume to tell them to cancel my order. This should not have been a problem at all as I contacted them almost immediately after purchase. I had to follow up with another email myself 2 days later as I did not get a reply the first time and 4 days later after my first email they finally got back to me saying my package has been shipped out already and to ship it back if i don't want it.

1.) The service and speed of their support team was horrible, they didn't offer any support and the fact that it took them 4 days to reply my original email inquiry is ridiculous.

2.) Judging by their service and reviews I feel like they intentionally took a long time to reply so they could ship it first and say it has already shipped so cancelling would've been harder.

3.) After receiving the email back from them I followed up with another email asking them how I would ship it back, when will it arrive etc. and guess what? Its been over a week and still no reply.

4.) I have received the item and contacted them once again for information on how to ship it back, get a refund etc. and of course there has been no email or word from them.

I will never be shopping with cosplaysky again. The costume I received barely fits me even though I ordered according to their sizing chart and the costume has a weird smell that I can't get rid of so I don't even want to wear it anyways. Even if i did not want to return the costume the quality of their products feels cheap and are not very good considering the price I paid which was over $200 CAN and I would suggest buying elsewhere. The only good thing I learned from this experience is to read reviews on the websites next time before buying. Hopefully this will help some of you in making a decision when buying from cosplaysky and I hope none of you make the same mistake I did.

this is not shipped from Canada it's from China. You will have to pay hidden duty fees once it arrives for it to be released.
3 weeks ago I ordered a pair of Harley Quinn boots. They asked for U.S sizing and a actual measurement of my foot.
Once ordered I waited a couple hours for the confirmation email and didn't receive it.
I emailed them from.their website asking for confirmation they received my order.
The next day I heard no response so emailed them from my email asking for confirmation or else I would cancel my order. I specified they had 48 hrs to reply. (mainly due to me being a bit worried at this point)
They did not respond in that time. So I sent them another email asking them to cancel my order and that I would also be canceling through my credit card. Which is still in dispute.
I got a message from the delivery company saying I had more dues to pay. Which I did because I also have other things on order from other online purchases.
It showed up today. I would have just let it go but Even after giving them my actual foot measurements and US sizing. They are 4 sizes to small. I can't get my feet in them at all.
So now I have to deal with my credit company and hope it can be nulled. Or hope I can find someone of the right foot size to buy a pair of costume boots.
Such a headache! Avoid at all costs. If you value your money at all.

I placed an order over a month ago to make sure I had the item by this week. I paid for fast shipping with DHL. Nothing happened. I contacted them a few days after the order had been processed and they told me they would ship it the next day. A week passed and nothing happened. I contacted them again and asked what was happening with my order. They answered my email, but not my question; they only asked if it was okay to send my item by another service which would take longer to my location. I said no, because I had paid for the fast shipping and that's what I wanted. They did not reply and I have not heard anything since.

I have just sent an email to ask for a refund, but I doubt I am going to get one...

Never buy from them! I did not read the reviews before buying and i regret it so much now! Don't make the same mistake I did.

My experience with cosplaysky has been nothing short of a horror story. I ordered two costumes and a wig from cosplaysky for an event that would take place in a months time, which I made sure to explain in my order. My previous experiences with cosplaysky had been extremely positive, so I had complete confidence in the company and their ability to get my order in before the due dates. Unfortunately the company nearly failed me.

I contacted them almost 2 weeks after I placed my order because my order was still processing, even though payments had gone through the day after ordering. Cosplaysky ignored my first message and when they did respond, they avoided my question of when my orders would be shipped for almost a week. When they did answer me they informed me that it would be shipped three days before the event. When I expressed my concerns that my order would not be received in time for the event, they brushed me off and refused to ship it until that date despite it being completed at the time of the message. I continued emailing them, pleading with them to send it in time for my event and after continuing to be rudely brushed off, I posted my frustrations online. They contacted me later that evening and told me they would not ship my order until after I removed my post, to which I then informed them that I would not remove my post until I have confirmation that it had been shipped and arrived on time. They then told me that they would ship it, but two days before the needed date. I informed them that if my order did not arrive before the needed date not only would I not remove my post, but I would demand a refund as well. Even after my order was shipped, I continued having issues with Cosplaysky and had to contact the shipping company due that the fact that I had be sent incorrect information.

My order did arrive the day before the event, but unfortunately there were so many errors with the costume, including pieces missing, that I had to spend six hours the night before the event fixing it. These fixes included dying fabric, styling wigs, and fixing major prop pieces. In the end I had to leave the event shortly after my schedule was completed on the first day due to exhaustion. Immediately after the event I was contacted by Cosplaysky for the first time, telling me to remove my post. I ignore the first message due to irritation and exhaustion with the company and within the week I had four more messages asking me to remove my post.

I have been true to my word and deleted said post after nearly 2 weeks of harassment, but I have decided to make this post to let everyone know about this horrible experience. After years of experience with Cosplaysky, I will know longer be continuing with this company. This experience has been horrendous and cost me nothing but pain. In the last year the company has gone from a incredible company with great costumes to a mediocre company with terrible customer service and merchandise that continuously decreases in quality. I will be sharing this experience on multiple forms of social media in order to warn other people about this company. I am sincerely upset with my experience and I hope that this stands as warning to others who wish to order from this company to tread lightly.

They sent me the wrong product and are ignoring my emails, refusing to reimburse me for the return shipping cost. Additionally, they did not give me a full refund, claiming there was a fee, then later claiming they didn't tell me there was a fee. Don't order from them, they're honestly garbage.

One time I ordered Kotori Sore wa Bokutachi No Kiseki outfit and I found out that its back part looked completely different than its photo on the website. Also, I ordered Rin Hoshizora Sunny Day Song outfit and its sizing was inconsistent! (Also, its skirt was too big!)

Furthermore, when I ordered Rin Hoshizora Sunny Day Song outfit I had to wait for 5 weeks for receiving it. (Even with DHL, they took over a month before shipping it out!)

I won't recommend you to spend money to buy cosplay stuff from them.

I ordered a soldier 76 jacket in their advertising the jacket looked amazing when I got the jacket was so crappy the design looks nothing like they advertising I tried to contact them three times I asked for my money back and they are ignoring me please walk away don't waste your money in this crappy company
