It pains me to leave such a scathing review, but our experience with Costa Sprinters was nothing short of stressful and appalling. Nobody else should have to endure what we went through.
We paid a considerable amount for the service, yet the quality we received in return fell drastically short. There was no coordination, no meaningful communication, and at times it felt as though there was no leadership at all. Staff morale was visibly low—on the rare occasions they managed to send anyone out. Ironically, the movers themselves were far more understanding, apologetic, and kind than the management overseeing the entire process.
To make matters worse, the management shifted agreements and arrangements under pressure, leaving us with no choice but to accept changes we never agreed to.
My advice is simple: steer clear of Costa Sprinters. Choose a professional company that values communication, respects its customers, and demonstrates even a basic level of care and responsibility.
