Not delivered the quality as promised
Not 100% satisfying with their product.
Last spring I have purchased the made to order Rainbow Prism ring and later on in the winter I had a moment to visit the shop again because I wanted to see more this on sale collection
Then, by chance having to resee the original model of the Rainbow Prism ring, I am unhappy to learn that my made to order ring is not having the same quality as the show model.
I have paid the full retail price and what they delivered is the size I got is smaller than the show model. The proportions of the ring is not as same as the original model. The shape and the angle of my ring is narrower. The most noticeable difference is they used the smaller diamonds and the smaller sapphires.
It was bought for my anniversary gift and every time I look at my ring, I can’t help but doubting why I just can’t own the perfect one.
Ps. I wrote my opinion on their website before but they rejected to public my review because it is longer than 3 months after purchasing.
