Scam
Scam, I didn’t even agree to pay and when I ask them , the bot keep telling me to wait 30 days to get the refund or get 50% refund immediately… waited 30days and still have the same answer.
A complete scam
A complete scam, don’t use it and try to report it as soon as possible to the bank and any authorisation that you think they can stop them
They are a scam
They are a scam; they activated a subscription without my consent.
Non-functional service and unauthorized account withdrawal.
I paid £0.38 for a single SMS. The service did not work. Without clear disclosure or explicit consent, I was subsequently charged £39.99 for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for and did not use.
After discovering the charge, I contacted the company multiple times and cancelled the service. The company acknowledged the cancellation but repeatedly failed to process a refund. Their refund handling partner (TryHelp) has also failed to respond or issue the refund despite a refund request initiated more than three weeks ago.
Complete scam
Complete scam. Illegally registers you for a monthly subscription after requesting a one time text approval. When I submitted my email request to cancel this subscription they altered their website to remove the one time text option. They are only interested in stealing your money the service does not work. Not at all clear about a 24 hour trial period, completely setup to scam you into joining the recurring monthly billing cycle 24 hours after joining.

They charge you like 30 cents for a text and you think that’s cool. You think you’re agreeing to one little charge. And then boom! 40 dollars the next day or so. Nobody reads the whole thing you sign and especially because you never asked for a subscription. It charges you 30’cents and you are NEVER prompted with a trial period and if you don’t cancel it you will be charged prompt. They sneak it in and don’t tell you. They act like you paid your 30 cents and if you want to do it again you’ll pay another 30’cents. Who the heck would pay 40 something bucks a month to send texts??? They know nobody would so they scam everyone and lie and deceive and pretend that they never did nothing to nobody and aw shucks this is all just an accident. They should all be in jail. They know what they’re doing.
