I recently purchased a Costway Wall Mounted Folding Table. Not only was the latch crooked (so it wasn't functional), the instructions were lacking in detail (e.g., what size drill bit to use). It was difficult to secure a 1-800 number, but when I did (appeared to be the personal cell number of an employee), although Philip was very courteous, I received conflicting information via phone and Customer Service via email. It took several weeks, several headaches, and several phone calls and emails, but I finally got all my money refunded.

Many items missing from the order, necessitating a trip to the hardware store to complete the project.

We have sent off our order number and detailed list of problems, no replies.

We just received the above, and were disappointed on laying out all the parts to find lots of screws and fasteners missing.
Part B 4x30mm only 6 instead of 8
Part K only 15 instead of 25
Part L M5 x 12mm only 8 instead of 16
Part R only 6 instead of 12.
Of the few Parts K 3 of them stripped the heads off in tightening. We were not using power tools.
We went to the local hardware store to buy a set of small screws to finish the project.
Also – we guessed that Part I stops the doors swinging too wide, but there’s no mention in the instructions.

I am scheduled to have shoulder surgery and needed a good recliner so I could sleep in it while re-cooperating. I decided to go with heat and message to help me sleep. My order showed up without instructions, the remote or anyway to plug it in. what a huge joke!

This is a third party working with walmart.com purchase through walmart. My patio set wasnts what I was exspecting. No real instructions, No labels on pieces whether its A, B, C or D. Has to go through walmart.com to get to this seller by email. Wow.waitng for a response within 24 hours. I got a message but their stating if I want my money back I have to pay for labels and shipping for 50.00 Wow. My shiiping was free , why shoud I have to pay to return ur itema for an extremely high amount. No waiting on labels to return items oh by the way in order for me to receive a refund they said by email it has to be in the original box wow. I will Not be ordering anything through walmart and there third parties sellers. So beware of third parties with merchants.

I loved the items I received although the instructions were not the greatest we were able to assemble the items Without too much effort. I would recommend this company and will continue to business with them.

Great little cabinet but the instructions suck!

Instructions sucked on assembly

The swing looks like it is probably a ***** five star rating out of the shipping box. But I may never know, because it did not come with written instructions for how to put it together. Only a very small leaflet came with the swing, and the drawing illustrations were too TINY to decipher how to do it, even with a magnifying glass! There is no phone number to call them for help. This is a very sad situation for me.

Purchased a Humidifier and it does decent, but the instructions that come with the product are obviously translated from another language and nobody apparently bothered to proofread the translation because the Grammar is dirt poor and hard to decipher what it's instructing. The functionality doesn't always cooperate and trying to figure out if it's normal or a setting that doesn't work with another is also difficult since, as I mentioned, the instructions are unclear.

The product I purchased was an outdoor dining set. It arrived on time as expected. I was disappointed that the instructions for assembly were inadequate, however once the first chair was assembled things went smoothly. My kids really love having the patio dining set and the final price was fair for the product. I have to say that any concerns I had with the product itself were aggressively addressed by the customer service department. I give them a lot of credit for working so hard at providing product support and for their commitment to customer service. If you're concerned about something you purchase from these guys, customer service will not rest until you a happy.

The instructions were impossible to follow. They were on obouvisally written by a non english speaker. When a part was missing, they had no clue what to do about it. Please do not buy from this company

I expected this bed to be softer because it is foam however this bed is really hard even after months of having it. The instructions even said it would get softer after oxygen entering the foam but it's the exact same from the day I OPENED IT.

It had no instructions, too many parts to guess

I have been going back and forth with costway email support about a customer wanting to return item back to Costway. Here are all the emails, Hello,I have a customer that would like to return the item they ordered. Please provide me with instructions on how the customer can return the item back to you.Order#100408796
The customer stated that the wrong item was sent. Here is the comments left from customer.
"I received the vanity bench not the ottoman bench I want the item that I have order or my money back"

Costway Support will not pick up the phone when you call this number 9094831200. All you can do is send emails and they will respond with the same email about returns.

If a customer wants to return an item just send them a return address so they can ship the item back to you Costway. Why make it difficult to return an item back to you. This is not how you should do business. I have had such a horrible experience dealing with Costway returns. I would advise anyone to take there business elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM COSTWAY. NOT WORTH IT!!!

A nightmare

The item I ordered was, by far, the worst thing I ever had to put together from a do-it-yourself Furniture store and I've put together dozens of things, including a wall length hutch with almost 1,000 parts. I ended up not putting things on this item as it was so crooked I had to glue entire sections. The instructions were horrific, having tiny thin print that was often right over the drawing you had to look at. Item is much smaller than I thought and is for a child. It weighs a ton and I had 2 other people help me and even they were scratching their heads. It is set up oddly, with ther area the computer tower would go in having no holes in the back to thread cords through, there's a shelf under that smacks your shins any time you pull into the desk. Am using the desk, quite modified and things not installed to add more room. Almost threw it out 3x while assembling, but family members thought it was just us and how bad could it keep being? It was. That's why I didn't write a review - I was being polite. Maybe others wouldn't find it such a chore to get this. Shipping was fine, box was ripped but contents were ok.

Where are the instructions for the 71" bathroom storage cabinet? It came with one sheet of instructions for the legs.

We really enjoy this car, especially the remote control. The instructions could definitely use some help though.

The product was awesomw, arrived with no hasle everything packed without any issues. Now the instructions need to no have to get updated because the labeling on the sheet and on the packages were incorrect, the plastic connectors were all mixed together so they practically blended in with each other, and there are no instructions on how to place the rod with the hooks to even attempt to verify if I have it correct. There's also no instructions on where the hook cord or the little hooks. I had to search all over the web for an item remotely close to it and there were none that had those ending features. Oh and by the way they're not even listed on the "instructions form". Those are not instructions what so ever. Theres no way to distinguish whish connector was for what.
