Easy to order, fast delivery, "reasonable" price and good assembly instructions.

Fast delivery, ease putting the table together with great instructions and diagrams. Table is nicer than expected.

The house is nice but it came with 3 or 4 panels that are defective. It looks like it melted during the manufacturing and it has small holes. I wish I could upload pictures. It took 4 hours for 2 of us to build. Instructions are vague, I wish they were more detailed. We had to rely on drawings only. The house is roomy inside.

Delivery was great product was terrible. Total waste of money, trampoline spring cover would NOT tie down or remain level. Straps broke as I attempted to install this very poor product with no instructions for assembly. Out of utter frustration I disposed of the product the same day I received it.

Received the bunk beds within a week. Instructions were mainly pictures with the item part and hardware you would need for that section. It took me about three hours by myself to put together. Placing the bunk on top is a two person job, no way around that. Finishes product looks great and is very sturdy. I am very please with my purchase and know the grandkids will love it.

The packaging was excellent. Assembly instructions were simple and concise. The desk and chair look great and seem sturdy.

Took me about two weeks to get a mini split heat pump ordered. After registering per your instructions for a tax exemption (business) and you sending an email saying my account was ok to order, I ordered the mini split. I was charged tax, I contacted customer service. They told me I wasn’t and they cancelled my order after about a week of it being on order. I sent more documentation, asking if that satisfied the requirements, but never got a response. Made several calls over another week, still no confirmation. I decided to buy elsewhere, but made one more call and was told my account was set up. I asked why no one had let me know. No reply. I then ordered and promptly got the product.

I ordered two side tables from this company for 170 euro. I was expecting decent quality but instead I got something that scratches and breaks easily. The tables came with instructions and pre drilled holes. After building the tables, the drawers do not close properly and catch on each other when opened. I tried to speak with customer service and they want me to pay more money to have them try and fix a problem they created. Never buying from this company again.

Package arrived quickly and was packed well. Instructions were adequate, but required careful checking. Only minor problems assembling. Chairs and table are solid and well made.

Delivery was weird with both components arriving at different dates. After using my vacum pump and all that goes with install the system works perfectly. Money well spent but if your new to mini split installs just know that the provided instructions are very difficult to follow i presume they have been translated. DO NOT USE a rented vac pump! Buy a new one for 90 bucks from Walmart and rent the flare tool from your local auto parts store. Pay close attention to wiring the instructions dont tell you how to open up the units to attach the wiring so just use common sense.

I ordered a side table for my living room in my tiny home and the quality was non-existent. Tried screwing legs onto it as per instructions and screws would not tighten any further to stabilise it for use. Screw holes tore trying to assemble and ended up throwing the whole thing into the rubbish. Very sub-standard for $62. Will never buy from this company again. Suggest others be very careful with purchases.

The purchase was easy and tracking was solid. Any questions were answered quickly by their service department. The frame was easy to assemble with clear instructions. Will definitely use Costway again.

Ice Maker was delivered on time and in good condition.
Ice Maker works fine - just not as large as desired.

Not pleased with the size of the unit. Considerably smaller than previous Costway Icemaker. Unable to find a model number in ad or on old machine to compare. Difficult to determine size from the website. The pictures shown in the narrative under each item go from undercounter to commercial models - some even with front doors. Not just the model you are looking at to buy. Descriptions confusing.

Manual that came with the machine has very little operating instructions. No info on how to change cube size, etc. Also searched the website - it has not more info than the small manual.

Fast delivery and good instructions easy to assemble product

Everything installed by instructions and unit is performing great.My neighbor just ordered himself 2 units.

The product was difficult to assemble. The instructions were not as clear as they could have been. Many parts to connect together. There was a small hole in one of the seats.

Products (dining room chairs) arrived on time and in great condition. I did have to put them together, but they were easy to do and instructions were easy to follow. Product appearance is great and exactly what we were looking for to replace cushioned chairs that were no longer providing support.

The Arbor I ordered is very nice, but there were no assembly instructions included so I just had to wing it. Delivery was very quick

I'm pleased with my purchase of the raised garden bed. The instructions were easy to understand, but it did take about 45 mins to assemble it.

Price, delivery, quality were very good.
Assembly instructions were terrible!
