I ordered a 6x4 metal shed
I ordered a 6x4 metal shed. The build although not easy went well until I had fit the back panels. The holes were well out of line. I had this confirmed by other handymen. The company wanted to claim that I had not built it correctly. This was totally untrue as the instructions were followed to the letter. I sent them photos on 3 occasions to confirm this. They claimed that by they could not see the part numbers in the photos. The photos did not show the part numbers because I had already built that part of the shed. However they could clearly see that the parts in question are clearly there parts. They refused to send the correct parts and offered me £30 refund. Initially I refused this, but eventually was forced to accept due to their refusal to send the parts. They did want me to return the shed, but I had spent so much time putting it together and couldn’t take it apart (I am an 80 yr old). I now have to employ someone at a cost of £60 to drill the holes in the correct place. Customer service does not exist in this company. Order no. 1063562139-A

My basketball hoop arrived as it was supposed to and when it was supposed to. Between the written instructions and the video, i was able to put it together by myself in about 4 hours. I put the bottom together, then the top, then took both ends outside to connect the two. I love it!

Great product but time consuming assembly
My item was delivered quickly and safely. I purchased a patio furniture set which I really like but the assembly is very challenging. The instructions are simple but it just requires a great deal of time to assemble using the small Allen keys for the screws. If you like assembling things, this is the place to put it to use!

This water slide/bounce house combo…
This water slide/bounce house combo honestly is amazing. The quality of it is like the ones you might rent from other companies.
It's going to be the hit of the summer for our babies and their friends.
It is heavy, and it is hard to clean and fold alone. So take that into consideration.
We prefer to use 2 blowers. It's more sturdy that way. But if only two toddlers are using it, then one might be enough.
It is big, it takes up a lot of space.
It did not come with instructions about the water hose and where to put it - so it took us a big to figure out (we just winged it, kids still enjoyed it).
10000% recommended.

Chairs great…instructions not so much.
The chairs arrived very quickly and appear to be well made. They are comfortable and a good height for us short people.
The instructions were TERRIBLE. I pride myself on being very good putting this kind of furniture together and I struggled initially due to very unclear instructions.
I am confident that we will enjoy them this summer.

Faulty goods and very poor customer service
Just bought a Costway height adjustable desk which arrived faulty. The desk will lift but won’t go back down. Followed all the instructions including watching videos. Instructions advise to turn power off and back on, but when we did that the desk would lift automatically. It’s kept doing this til it reached maximum height and won’t go back down. Contacted Costway to be fobbed off repeatedly, now they’re saying they will give me half my money back to use the desk at its max height. I’m 5ft4, it’s up to my chest!!! Absolutely ridiculous. All I want is the faulty parts to be replaced. Very unprofessional. Not impressed at all.

Bad instructions & parts
The instructions are filled with errors, if set up as indicated, the drawers would not go all the way inside the cabinet. I left a review a week ago that was removed, with pictures, in which I explained all the issues I had met. Dirty pieces, cheap composite wood, bad instructions, and wrong screws. I had to buy $30 of new fasteners to make it "work" which Costway refunded ($30), but I don't believe all the concerns I raised regarding the instructions were taken into consideration for the next customers. I will definitely stay away from buying from them, even though their products are very tempting. I have no idea where all those 5 stars come from.

My front wheels don't work correctly
My front wheels don't work correctly. My maintenance man that put it together, threw out the instructions so I didn't know who to call. Walmart was no help.

Nice looking outdoor cabinet
Everything fit together nicely and the cabinet really looks great on my covered patio. The instructions, however, were really hard to follow as the pictures showing details were tiny and dark making for a bit of guesswork. We are pleased with the end result.
