You use On-Trac
You use On-Trac, and they do not follow instructions well. The only good thing is the driver did not leave the package outside at the wrong address. I left specific instructions on what to do. The tracking was unreliable.

Great trampoline poor assembly instructions
Great trampoline, we love everything about it. My biggest complaint is the poor instructions. And nothing was labeled with numbers or letters. I even went to a video and it still skipped a couple steps. Other than this it looks great and I think will be enjoyed for years!

I will never buy from this company…
I will never buy from this company again. I bought the cot in the cabinet. The instructions ver vague in a few areas. I reached out to support via phone (message on the machine was covid related ( 800 number), you have to call the non 800 number. Person on phone was no help and basically there is no real support. I was asked to take a picture/video showing my issues. 27 emails and about a month later they still have not addressed my issues. The reason it takes so long is that they have to contact the manufacturer in China. Stay away!

The pantry isn't the quality that I expected and it was much smaller than anticipated. Please know it took me 3 days to put this thing together; if measured in hours, probably would have been 6-8 hours, many pieces. The instructions are hard to follow, only pics, very few words. Definitely not worth the money spent on it.

We could not get the chair parts to fit…
We could not get the chair parts to fit together per the instructions. The screws were also too short to work so we bought additional longer screws because the ones included kept working their way out and ended up on the floor. My husband is an experienced wood worker and has built some of our furniture so this was not a case of consumer ignorance
