Bought a steel shed for trash cans. Good price. Posted a question about the gauge of the steel, but never got an answer. Bought it anyway. Arrived in good condition. Instructions said 4 hours to assemble. I'm pretty good with these things and it took me 5 hours. The instructions were the typical inscrutable pictures with no words. Not great, but the biggest problem was that there was never a clear indication of the inside vs the exterior of the steel panels, so it was early on difficult to decide which way to bolt them onto the structural members. A couple of misplaced pre-drilled screw holes early on in the assembly made me wonder if I was doing something wrong. But just had to drill a couple of extra holes and it went together. But then, ... The magnets used to hold the lid down are useless - they don't touch the lid. I added extra magnets to them so the lid would have at least a bit of hold down - not sure why there isn't some sort of latch for it. There were no magnets for the doors, so I added magnets there also. The steel panels of course have channels - that's fine. But the lid panels also have these channels and the structural member at the bottom of the lid has no opening where the channels meet it, so almost immediately, leaves and other debris start collecting at the bottom end of those channels. I'll probably end up drilling holes in that member so there is at least some chance of the rain flushing some of the debris out. Finally, the latch/barrel bolt for the doors is completely worthless. When fully closed/latched, it connected into the receiver maybe 1 millimeter or 2. The slightest touch or even a gust of wind would open the doors. I had to buy a new barrel bolt, drill new holes, install the new bolt, and then add extra screws into a backing bit of wood to plug the old holes. Really bad design.

Oh, and a week or so after I posted a review with all the above info on the Costway site, my review has still not been posted. All the reviews for this product except one are 5 stars and the one is 4 star. I think they just don't post bad reviews.

Giantex washing machine kept filling with water, sent costway an email to tell them the problem and asked what could be done. They promptly sent me instructions on what they thought it could be, giving me the information I needed to fix it myself. Five stars for them and me too, I fixed it, thank you, excellent customer service. i wasn't expecting to be able to do it but achieved it because of their advice. We need to be able to repair stuff and not replace it, better for our wallet and the environment.

Well so far I've only placed an order. Can't give any more stars until I see if it arrives

When I placed the order, I immediately received a survey asking for a review and rating. Without knowing if the item would be received in a timely manner, if it was what I expected or anything at all, I left 3 stars with the above comment.

The table arrived in a reasonable timeframe and the box was in good condition. I had purchased another table with a similar design from Amazon because I wasn’t sure which I liked better (I’ve since decided to keep them both to use in different areas as they are very versatile)

This table was a little more difficult to put together than the Amazon one. The instructions weren’t as clear. It also doesn’t seem to be as well made as the Amazon table; not as sturdy and the wheels don’t roll as well. This table was a little cheaper in price however.

It will serve the purpose I needed it for so I’m changing my review from 3 to 4 stars.

Costway does care about reviews because I received several emails about updating my review. I believe if there had been a problem with the item, they would have been very responsive to resolve it.

Terrific product! Arrived in perfect condition…. instructions very clear and all ancillary hardware complete (including some extras) … engineering design and production of parts made completion a breeze! This product rivals or perhaps exceeds IKEA in “form/fit/function”! DO BUY with confidence!

Very fast shipment. Instructions were very easy to read and was very easy to put together and was very sturdy. Also great prices.

They helped me with an old order 3 years later. I had got a super fit treadmill that was giving issues with the belt. They gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it and it worked.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them 5 times on one of their products. The first 2 times they offered to send me a video for assembly since the instructions were wrong & missing info, but they never followed thru. Then the reps were rude & said Target customer service (where I purchased the Costway product) were the only ones who could assist with assembly questions. Ridiculous & a waste of time trying to deal with Costway.

I purchased an mounted vanity makeup set and wished I never purchased this item. For one the instructions that were given are the worst instructions ever. I’ve never seen unprofessional instructions in my life. Base on the instructions I will never want to order from this company again. I never leave reviews but I had to make sure to leave a review from this company.

I recently purchased @costway there Industrial Storage Cabinet with Sliding Barn Door to use for a coffee bar in our summer kitchen. Absolutely no disappointments here, we are completely satisfied with our choice. The time my wife and I invested to assemble this was about 35 minutes. I recommend an extra pair of hands when assembling this to make it a smooth process. The materials are very good quality and I love the surface of this cabinet. The directions are easy to follow and with all assembly processes read and the follow instructions thoroughly. The highlight for myself with this item was the choice of not using the X shaped wine rack. I chose not to use it and the X rack has a finish on all the edges and can be repurposed for another project. This cabinet is sturdy, well-built and attractive. The door slides smoothly and the surface is easy to clean with a damp cloth. Shippers these days can be very rough on products, but COSTWAY product packaging has proved itself many times over to protect the product. I highly recommend this product.

I just got the best tent from Costway. This thing exceeded expectations. It all came bundled in a nice carrying case that you could wheel around. The instructions were pretty easy and straightforward. I was impressed with how seamless everything came together. I’ve never experienced a self inflating sleeping pad, but I was amazed with the results. It was super comfortable. My girlfriend and I couldn’t wait to use it so we camped out and played some Nintendo switch in the backyard. The cot raising the tent up off the ground plus the rain guard made for a nice warm comfortable sleep. The cot was VERY sturdy and heavy duty. I’m a pretty big guy and with its 600 lb limit, i know there is nothing to worry about. I love the little details too, like the hook for a light inside and a bag under the cot to keep your shoes dry and elevated off of the ground.

A recent experience I had with Costway went unexpectedly well, and I feel it's worth sharing. Purchased a compact dryer on Amazon in July, a gift, and it was delivered in 48 hours, worked perfectly, was very pleased with the transaction.

Last month, the dryer began shutting off, in the middle of its cycle. We checked everything, and followed all instructions, but it had no effect. A few days later, it quit completely, no display, nothing.

I went on Amazon, and the return window had passed, but I decided to contact the seller, just to be sure I hadn't missed something. The response was quick, and they were very polite. Right away, the company offered resolution, in the way of a cash refund, in order to get it repaired. A second offer was made and accepted, that should cover the repair, or compensate us towards replacing the unit. This was an unexpected and beyond fair resolution to our issue, and it was done without any blame or judgements, on either side - Costway simply stood behind their product, and made the transaction a pleasant and ultimately equally fair experience. One I will remember. Thank you.

I received my float tube two days early. Packaging and contents were exactly as advertised. I followed the easy to understand instructions and assembled my tube in just a few minutes.
The tube is everything I imagined. It is light-weight and easy to transport. I even carried it almost two miles, loaded with anchor and fishing gear, I am 70 years old. I love my float tube!

Received the item promptly.
Received what I ordered which was a Waterpark with 2 slides however it was missing instructions to put it up. The package label and item number was not the item I ordered it was like a repackage rushed job. I thought I had the wrong item at first. I literally had to open the box and setup the slide before I could tell if was the correct item.

I love how our awnings look above our garage doors! I HATE this companies, customer service. I wrote to the company, explaining to them that I was missing parts, in both awnings boxes. I explained what I was missing, what page on my instructions booklet and took pictures of what I was missing. I talked like I was talking to a child,, so I made myself clear. Sorry, worked for a school district for over 31 years. Anyway, I didn't receive a bit of help in acquiring the missing parts. My husband just decided to fabricate parts himself. So, he did! Never got a call, email or a kiss my ass. Pretty said for as much money as I spent on these things. Like I said, I love the look. Hate your customer service.

From the time we order the tent to receiving the tent was within a week and a half. We used it for 2 family functions which help accommodated all our guest. It went up well and came down as quickly with the instructions provided. Good bang for the buck.
