It was easy to shop with great selection, good prices, and delivery on time. I was surprised that the quality of the furniture was good and very easy to to put together with instructions that actually made sense!

I purchased a new desk chair and am so pleased with the quality. The final product matched pictures perfectly and it’s very comfortable. Easy to put together as 1 person with clear instructions.

Sturdier than we expected based on reviews. Yes, it wiggles a bit, but is holding up nicely under grape vines, and looks great! Only downside might be having to touch up a few spots with spray paint, and having the instructions so tiny that we had to pull up the online pictures to see which pieces went outside, but overall assembly went well too.

My husband has been wanting a cart to haul out his deer for a while now. We looked around and decided to go with this one. It had good reviews and the price was right. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. It didn’t take my husband long at all to put it together. He is pretty tall, and when the handle is mounted per the instructions, it just didn’t work for him. He would have to hunch down low so the bottom wouldn’t drag, so he decided to flip the handle like other reviewers suggested. Now it is perfect for him and makes it much easier to use. The frame is overall pretty solid, and the rubber tires allow this to easily go across different types of terrain. This cart can collapse for easy transportation and is pretty lightweight. This cart is very versatile, and until hunting season comes, it is being used to haul our chicken bedding and feed. So far my husband is very pleased with this purchase, and would buy it again if we needed another.

UPDATED: After initially contacting customer service for issues with the table, I received no help. I posted a 1 star review here and they reached out to me to see if they could correct the problem. With a little back and forth, they ended up replacing the table (which is what I had been asking for) and shipped it for no charge. I am now satisfied, the replacement went together MUCH easier and looks correct.

ORIGINAL COMMENTS: Instructions are terrible, table had spurs at the connections so it required a metal file and then went together with hammers and mallets. 3 pieces went in upsidedown and when I called for support they did not help at all.

I rarely write reviews as I have come to expect good customer service as part of a quality business. However, the service I received from Costway was truly exceptional. I ordered an exercise bike on-line, and when it arrived, I realized it would be beyond my capacity to assemble. I was somewhat chagrined to admit this, but I sent an email inquiring about the return procedures, and was given a prompt, friendly and courteous reply. I chose to pay for shipping back and receive my full product refund. However, upon taking the package to a shipping entity for an estimate, I changed my mind. I once again, somewhat sheepishly, wrote an email stating I had changed my mind and asked for a shipping label to be sent to me. Again, I received a prompt, courteous reply. I especially appreciated that each time I contacted them, I was given notice of when I could expect their response - within 2 days for label (it came it one) and within 2 days for my refund to be credited to my account. I was never left guessing, or wondering about the details.

I have purchased several products from Costway, and they have been exactly as described, with clear instructions for assembly. Each was quality, with efficient shipping. However, Costway really shone when I was the one making an error. I highly recommend Costway for both excellent products and exceptional service.

The Table Saw was easy to set up and instructions were clear. I have used it for mostly ripping and does it with ease. Could use just a little better saw blade out of the box but over all I love it!!!!

I’ve only used my fireplace about 6 times....but it’s really cool...my kids and wife love it. I was building a new entertainment center in the basement and my son showed me a fireplace from your website...and the rest is history....super easy to install and the instructions are spot on. It also seems to be well built and not cheap feeling and most people will know what I mean. I haven’t ran it a lot so I can’t really give good feed back on longevity of the product, but I love it so far and really feel good about the product and the price I paid for it. Vince in Montana.

My Costway Garage Bin Storage shed (GT3420) is assembled. The assembly instructions are terrible...just pages of pictures...a lot of trial and error...assemble and disassemble to get it right. And clear protective film applied to every piece is very frustrating. On two pieces, the clear film peeled off completely and in one piece. Every other piece the film comes off a small piece (1 or 2 inches) at a time. I was paying a guy by the hour to assemble the unit and finally told him to just leave it on and assemble the unit with the film on. I am hoping that it will weather off and/or come off more easily once it is exposed to sunlight.
I was hoping for a substantial shed that will last a few years. But the way that the doors and lid open and close I doubt that the small screws at the hinges will last to the end of the year. The handyman that I hire to put it together estimated four hour to assemble the cabinet...it took him hours. However part of that was looking on-line for better instruction.
I Truly doubt that this unity will last until the end of the year. I should’ve spend more money as bought something better.

My adjustable electric stand arrived quickly which made me happy. I purchased this product because of it's adjustability. But, I also purchased this product because of its weight capability compared to others - a very important feature!
The adjustable electric stand was easy to put together and attach to the desktop. I purchased a composite plywood to make a quick temporary wooden desktop to hold me off until I make a wider oak desktop (a project for this spring/summer to-do-list).
I suggest reading the instructions first and making sure all the parts are there and so you have an understanding of the setup before attaching it to the desktop. I also suggest buying some plastic electrical clamps prior to putting it together. The clamps allow you to keep the electrical lines close to the desktop so they aren't hanging below. Note - you will also need someone to help you lift and turn the desk upright when finished.
I do not find the stand all that noisy when adjusting it. I had no problems with setting the set adjustment levels either. Push a button and it rises or lowers to the proper settings. Sweet!
I purchased a drafting table chair for it as well, which allows me to sit high, low, or stand. I plan on completing my desktop with the purchase of an undercarriage for my keyboard which I will attach to the final desktop when completed.
I find this purchase well worth the money! My overall rating for this is a 5 out of 5! Great product Costway!

The assembly instructions on the cabinet I bought were difficult to follow. After more than a month I still don't have it assembled. I've spent hours trying to put it together. Very disappointed.

It seems like it may be a decent quality exercise bench but the instructions for putting it together were not clear at all. Parts that were in the instructions were already together yet other parts weren't shown at all. Seems to be an item that someone may partially put together & then returned. I would have liked some exercise suggestions too.

I ordered the 3 piece wicker patio set from a third party and never received confirmatiion from Costway that it was ordered. But when I reached out to them for an update status, they responded quickly with good news that it was on it's way. They were professional and helpful. The set came in a box with great instructions to put together. Will order again from them.

This company was good to deal with, I only gave it 4 stars because product I ordered had no instructions included how to set it up. However, they were more than helpful to me when I requested the instructions,

Everything was well done. The website was easy to use and I was surprised how quickly the gazebo was shipped. It finally warmed up enough to get a chance to put it up. Everything went together well, and surprisingly the instructions were helpful!

Product is shipped in 1 day and received within a week. Customer service has been super helpful. They are willing to help and provide instructions/videos to take care of my concerns. The turnaround is within 24 hours. This is one of the best seller I have ever encountered so far.

Instructions not very clear at all stages of assembly, not as heavy duty as it appeared in ad pic.

My grandson received a Mercedes electronic car as Christmas gift and we were having issues when trying to operate. I contacted Codtway to make them aware of the issues we were having. Costway responded and gave me instructions on to resolve the issue but were still having problems. Therefore Castaway
apologized and provided us a full refund! Great customer service and support!

Item number 71526893. This is one of the best deals☝🏾. So it’s a gaming chair with a massaging pillow that can be connected through usb to your computer. It has several reclining options and a secure foot rest. Completely comfortable and firm. Costway shipped it to me almost as soon as I ordered it. Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Was very easy to put together because the instructions were straight to the point. Everything needed to assemble is provided. Definitely a game changer!!

I purchased the Sofa Futon Bed Sleeper Couch Convertible Mattress in Blue from Costway.

This sofa was one of the first items I put on my wishlist when shopping on this site. We finally got rid of our old sofa and slowly piecing together the modern styling I have envisioned for my living room. The sofa came in a large box and shipping was fast. I honestly thought the box would be bigger, but the sofa actually folds in the middle with hinges which allowed it to come in a more compact format. Assembly was pretty straight forward, you just slide the arms on and screw on the legs. The arms were pretty tight going on, and I strongly recommend doing it prior to attaching the legs per the instructions in order to let the couch sit flat on the floor for stability. I read in earlier reviews that holes didn’t seem to line up. At first, I though that might be the issue when I was putting the legs on the middle section where they straddle the hinges. However, I realized that the trick is to screw each bolt in just a little at a time going around all fours holes in equally small increments. This keeps the bolts straight and helps to get the two halves to come together.
My first thoughts on the sofa: It is a lower sitting height than my old sofa, so that is something to get used to. I was afraid that it would be a pet hair magnet, and I was slightly concerned about its stability. The color is a deep teal rather than a navy or blue. Having read reviews of this and having purchased a matching chair, I knew that in advance and had wanted this specific color anyway.

After living with it in our living room for a few weeks, here are the pros and cons that I found:
Cons: There isn’t a lot of padding on the seats. If you are reclined, you can feel some of the springs and the ridge in the middle where the two halves meet. When we have someone use it as a bed to sleep on, I will use a mattress topper for a more comfortable night. A kid or a teenager probably wouldn’t care much. I also wouldn’t recommend this for someone who has kids or teens who are prone to jumping on furniture or rough-housing or plopping hard on it. I’ve had plenty of furniture ruined by such shenanigans, and this couch wouldn’t fare much better.
Pros: I love the color. The deep teal is very attractive and goes well with the color scheme in my living room. The style is very modern and the lines are clean. The clearance under the sofa allows for easy cleaning and accommodate any sweeper or vacuum. The weight is substantial enough to not slip and slide when you go to sit or stand up, but light enough to slide out when you recline the back (it also has non-marking felt sliders pre-attached to the feet to aide on hard surfaced floors). It is so easy to lay the sofa flat into a bed, or just pop one side down. This is absolutely my favorite thing about this couch as I have a dog, cats, and kid that like to cuddle up and hang out while watching TV or movies. Being able to almost instantly double the area where we can all fit is really wonderful, and I enjoy those special moments immensely.

I was pleasantly surprised by how resistant the fabric is to attracting and holding on to pet hair, it really doesn’t, however it can get picked by sharp claws. The stability has been just fine for my family, even with my dog jumping up on it and all the cuddle piles. I’ve even used it as my work from home spot a few days and as it is more firm than my previous couch, it was much better for my back and concentration.

Altogether, I’m very happy with this purchase and find the features really fit well with my family’s lifestyle.
