My wife really enjoys curling up in this chair with a good book. The material is comfortable yet durable enough for our dog Piper to get in a nap on the chair (until she is caught 😊 and we say get down) I personally like the mix of comfort design this chair offers, the bottom cushion is firm yet comfortable for long sitting times while the back support has a soft pillow design which I find very relaxing.
I really like that the back support can be easily removed with a firm pull, this lightens the load and makes it easier to move the chair from room to room and through tight spaces. The construction of this chair is very solid. I found it extremely easy to put together. The most amount of time assembling this chair is fastening the legs to the base. Each leg on the chair has 4 bolts that insure a secure fix to the chair base. Like any product take your time and read the assembly instructions.

I have ordered several things from you and I don't know which one of the items this survey pertains to. So

This survey pertains to the small raised garden. I love it; BUT the instructions were AWFUL. I read words; not designs. I called the customer service office for instructions, but by the time I received a response, I had figured it out - 12 hours later. That's 12 hours that I could have used for something else.

I have purchased several items from Costway. Everything they sell is truly of the best quality. I am not one for putting things together as I find it tedious not to mention assembling instructions might as well be a foreign language as I can never figure them out. Therefore I steer clear of anything that needs to be assembled. However, I have purchased my metal dining chairs, clothes rack and desk chair all of which needed assembly. I have to say the instructions were all precise and concise and super easy to put together. Costway includes all the hardware needed to assemble unless otherwise noted. Their delivery is exceptionally fast even during the pandemic.

I would and have recommended Costway to family and friends because their quality, prices, shipping and customer service are all top notch.

I ordered your over the toilet bathroom space saver. I found that the instructions weren't always accurate, the legs are too short so it's impossible to raise the lid on the toilet tank, should there be a problem. the chemical smell emanating from the materials was almost overpowering. I had to put the pieces outside for a day to relieve some of the outgassing of the materials and not all the holes are drilled precisely. Also, the product is shorter than I expected. I would not recommend this product.

I got a response from Costway, but it was asking for all the info that they already had, i.e., order number, tracking number, to whom it was shipped, etc. It's just a stall tactic so they don't have to address the issue. Don't make any purchases from this company unless you like being jerked around.

I bought a product, and tried putting it together. Initially, it came with a broken piece. I contacted customer service dept, and they said they'd order a new one. In the meantime, I tried putting this item together (tried 4 times), and in trying to do so, I had communications via email with numerous people, and a few telephone calls. Everyone did try to help me put the item together, as I asked for clarification on instructions and what not. Though I ended up returning the item, I would definitely purchase from Costway again, since the customer service was exceptional! If I may mention one caveat, when I tried to reach customer service via telephone the first time, I had to wait 48 minutes before I spoke with a rep. Tina

The equipment packaging was very good, instructions easy to follow, customer service on point, when I had a concern, they were prompt to address it. I love the equipment as well. I will still shop here when need arises.

Ordered a stationary bike. Like the bike but the meter that is on it only does metric. I don't live in a metric world and they tell me it cannot be change although the instructions indicate that it can but do not tell you how.

Treadmill came in pretty fast. Instructions could have been a little better.
Having to oil the belt is a little cumbersome.

RECEIVED MY ORDER; WHICH ARRIVED WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS. SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND GOT THE INSTRUCTIONS FORWARDED TO ME THE NEXT DAY.

WAS ISSUED A PRICING ADJUSTMENT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE TROUBLE.

PLAN ON PURCHASING MORE GOODS THROUGH THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

2.22.21 UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I am now a happy customer. Jen managed to email me a postage paid return label and refund my money. Thank you! My experience went from bad to good so thank you! 4 stars! I dropped the chair off at a UPS store for return shipping.

Jan. 2021 - One star...This is a 3rd party seller for Amazon. I searched for 'red gaming chairs' looking for a gift for my 10 yr old son, and went ahead & purchased the Giantex Swivel Gaming chair for $109 via my Prime acct. Delivery was fast, about 3-4 days. The chair came folded in half in a large box. We opened it to find that it sits only a few inches from the ground and there is no "gaming" features at all. The fabric is not how the photo looked at all. It is rough and itchy. The chair was not what we wanted so I immediately put it back in the plastic and boxed it right back up as it was received. I thought I'd be able to drop it at an Amazon return location, no problems. Not the case. This has become a complete NIGHTMARE dealing with this. 1st I had to request approval from seller to get authorization to return. They didn't respond for 3 days! The approval message included an authorization letter and a return label that said Postage Needed. Not cool! So I follow instructions and try to ship it but when the USPS said I will be charged $50 bucks just to send back an item that I can't use , I changed my mind. There was a # on the label, so I tried 6 separate attempts to reach somebody, all during business hours on 3 weekdays, to no end. The VM just says, shipping times are delayed due to Covid, press 1 for cust svc - led to Please call during business hours(it was 10:30am). Press 0 for an Operator>"please try again during bus hrs" UGH! so I sent an email to them as the VM stated to do. No response for days!!! Wth? Now I am stuck with this $109 chair because this company is NOT customer friendly AT ALL. They offer to send a discounted Return Label, but then they just deduct it out of the refund anyway.

The part was exactly what I needed. There could have been more instructions.

I will probably never order from this company again. There is no number to call when there is a problem with your purchase. I was able to email them. The Box my item came in with damaged. I requested it to send it back. I was told that I could send it back but if it was damaged at all they would not take it back. The point of sending it back was I didn't know if it was damaged because the box was damaged. I was tired of the back and forth with the email so I decided to keep the treadmill. I finally got the treadmill to work but when walking it jolts. I think the belt needs tightened. I followed the instructions but it still jolts. I have given up on returning it. Also the company told me they were going to send me a return shipping label but I never got it.

Easy ordering process. Great customer service and communication from beginning to end. Everything was packed well without damage. Instructions were easy and did not leave anything to question. Keep up the great work.

I am very happy with my plant stand. I wish the instructions indicated the hardware was screwed into the product, but other than that, no complaints. It looks nice, was easy to assemble, and serves the purpose.

Ordered a sewing cabinet. Takes longer to put together then it says & instructions are not in a good order, but once finally completed its nice

The only thing I would change, is giving more detailed instructions on assembly. I've never owned a pre-lit tree so the instructions were a bit unclear, but I managed to figure it out quite easily, and I'm not disappointed.

My most recent purchase at COSTWAY didn’t disappoint. This has been on my wishlist for awhile now. I needed to find the right replacement for an antique cedar wardrobe where we kept our coats and jackets. I also wanted a landing area for our daily items such as purses and bags. This fit the bill on both accounts and then some. Assembly was quick and easy with detailed instructions. It came with an Allen wrench, but you will also need a small to medium Phillips screwdriver (bonus if it’s battery powered, as there are 8 screws per shelf - for those of you counting, that’s 40 smallish screws). Everything went together tightly and the finished unit is sturdy and very attractive.

I got the black metal with antique wood, and the finish is really lovely. It is MDF, however, the grain is very nice and looks like real stained aged wood. We did hang some pretty heavy coats to try it out and it didn’t give at all on the hang bar. I even added a hanger on the side for now to hold all our clean masks (it’s 2020 as I wore this!)

Overall, exactly what I wanted and will suit our family’s needs perfectly.

Everything regarding the purchase went smoothly. The paper cutter works great, however, I wish it came with a simple manual or set of instructions. There were some steps at setup that weren't obvious to me and I had to look for videos for the unboxing of similar products to see what I had to do.
