I received my weight bench. Delivery was prompted. Instructions was easy to followed. Assembly took me about 10 minutes. The quality of material is study and good. The weight limit is 287lbs. You can adjust the bench to 5 different heights. This is a nice home bench to get your sit-ups in more efficiently.

The Costway Unit Did Not Work. I tried it many different times but it did not work from the start. I am not paying to return this equipment at my cost, but I will let others people know, not to buy anything from your company. You also did not have instructions included. What a ripoff.

A few more instructions on putting it together would of been a bit more helpful.

The 10x30 tent with sidewalls was of extremely poor quality with inadequate assembly instructions. Even following the terrible instructions, we could not make all the parts fit to erect the tent. It sits in a box in my garage ever since our daughters wedding. So vey disappointed I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.

There are no instructions on paper or utube

Instructions for one of the products I bought were incorrect. This lead me to screw a screw that was too long into the bottom of a shelf, which made the screw come through the top. Rather unsightly. Aside from that everything looks and works just fine. Decent products for the price. Could be better with the instructions.

This is a review of a chaise lounge from
Costway. The final product is of good quality and is a nice addition to my outdoor furniture.

I particularly appreciated the hardware being bundled into individual zip bags of the same hardware with numbers that correspond to what’s in the instructions. This was very helpful. Note that there is extra hardware in the end.

The flip up drink holder is a great idea, but really needs to be about 12 inches closer towards one’s feet to be in a natural location for picking up and putting down a drink.

The chaise lounge feels sturdy and solid. Building it took almost two hours. Be prepared. There are many pieces and many different pieces of hardware.

Putting the hood/umbrella together was a bit of a challenge, but well worth the result. The cushions have Velcro to hold them in place, but it doesn’t hold well. Every time I get up, the cushions are off the Velcro and need straightened again.

All in all, it’s a nice piece and well built. Take your time building and you will likely be pleased as I am.

I got the TV Media Stand on Costway and I loved it! It is great quality and very sturdy. Easy to put together, as the manual had super clear instructions. Love it so much!

Costway is apparently trying to remove this 100% genuine review at the moment, so it may be taken down shortly - Ordered through Walmart and Costway gave me the runaround on shipping...said they shipped through UPS, but I needed to call USPS to get final delivery instructions because it wasn't delivered on time. I explained that USPS had no information on this, but never got a response, and the emails I received were 'donotreply' emails so they wouldn't even go through. Missed out on a birthday gift for someone special and wasted about 3 hours of my time trying to figure out how to cancel this order. Walmart originally wouldn't cancel it because it was through Costway. Just kept getting automated emails. Fast-forward a week and a half and Walmart finally refunded because Costway would not respond to either of us I guess.

I ordered a 20' flag pole. It came quickly. Put it in in short order. However, the ad says that it comes with easy to follow instructions. Whoever wrote at never saw the instructions. The English is so bad it's very hard to follow. What does 80*80*85 size foundation hole mean? The equipment for holding the flagpole in place was poor and light weight. I had a 26" piece of heaver PVC that fit the flagpole perfectly and used that. I fly 2 flags and it's working out very nicely. Except for the instruction and foundation equipment provided, I would recommended this product.

Surprisingly nice quality desk for a reasonable price. During assembly one can adjust the alignment of the gaps to ensure they are straight and even. Everything fit together well and the end product is very solid. The drafting table has adjustability to allow increased or decreased friction to keep the table at the angle one choses. Shipping was fast, instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Instructions weren't entirely clear on how to put the heater together. However, I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. I haven't used the heater yet so I don't know how it stands up to my other electric heater.

The instructions were terrible. The bike seat is way too small, even for a child.

The scale does not work. Installing it by the pictures and minimal instructions produced burning electrical wire smells. The instructions do not explain what / how all the buttons on the control panel mean.

I believe the scale is set up to weigh something... however it recognizes no weight on it (150lbs +)

Description was incomplete and had poor English. Assembly instructions were poorly written and didn't make a lot of sense. Exhaust hose was too short to reach my window.

The product (gazebo) is great. The steel is solid, the canvas is well made. The instructions (or lack thereof) is why this product only gets four stars. Only pictures, no words. I realize that there are hundreds of languages, but English is somewhat broadly spoken, more so than Nepalese. If a neighbor were not an engineer, I couldn't have figured out how to assemble the roof corner piece.

The machine broke after only a few uses and customer service expected me to fix it based on a video in which the instructions were provided in Chinese.
