I love my new products. The face soap is perfect for everyday cleansing. The face cream is so nourishing especially at this time of year. It's still early days but so far it's suiting my skin perfectly.

I ordered online for in store collection - I popped in and whilst my order was not quite ready the assistant kindly organised it whilst I waited.

The costa cottage are a great company they get orders out very quick and deliver very quick too

I am now a loyal customer as not only was the service absolutely fantastic, the gift was beautifully packaged and I had to do was pop it into angift bag. I am absolutely delighted with the Shea Butter facial soap from Cosy Cottage. I called in to the Malton shop in desperation as my teenage son’s acne was looking so angry and sore….I was on the verge of dragging him to the doctor as the £30+ I was spending every month on a range of teenage skin products wasn’t making any difference to his spots. I spoke to one of the wonderful staff who suggested the Shea butter for its natural ability to clean and to let his skin breathe. It’s been absolutely transformational. Within days all the anger came out of his skin and his spots are visibly smaller and fewer. We went back a fortnight later to stock up and combine the soap with a sisal bag so he can use this during his shower on his arms and back too. It’s superb and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

I purchase my cosy cottage soap regularly as it comes in packaging that is recyclable.
The soap its self is made naturally with no chemicals, it also has some beautiful bouquets
This whole ethos is so good for us the environment and our planet.

Ordering is so easy with Cosy Cottage. I couldn’t find a free offer I’d seen so emailed them and they came back to me immediately saying they would pop it in the order. It arrived on time, beautifully packaged. I have tried everything and love it all. I have been making my own products for the last year but had always bought the soaps from them. However I saw the serum advertised and wanted to try it and fell in love with it. I also bought the face cream and you only need the tiniest amount. No nasties in it. My new favourite shop!

Order arrived quickly considering it was coming just after Christmas. I have used Cosy Cottage product for years and I love them, especially the mango foot cream and the shampoo bars.

Excellent products, my only negative is if I buy the annual postage i don’t get to use it until the next order! Surely it would be worth sacrificing that one time postage to gain repeat customers

Lovely eco non toxic starter kit. New to me is the foot butter and it is divine! Also trying the surface spray very good and smells good but not too strong. Added a pot of face cream my favourite.

Prompt delivery. The travel kit is lovely and very convenient and well presented. Will definitely be ordering more from cosy cottage in the future as have some really great products
