It took 2 months to arrive, with no useful support from their 'support' email. Just apologies and generic responses about logistics not being under their control.
I asked directly for a refund based on my Statutory Rights of taking more than 30 days to deliver, but just got asked to be patient! Terrible service. I tried to support a business directly, but wished I'd bought them through Amazon! Cost more, took months to arrive, and zero sales support. Never again

Like many others here I ordered some animal knit socks from cosyfest.com. After a month, still no sign of them. Repeated customer service emails so they're coming. I don't believe them any longer. Contacted my credit card company to get a chargeback.

I ordered hand knitted lovely 3d koala socks. I received a machine made, extremely cheap and nasty pair of koala socks. I would post photos if I could, the difference is shocking.
The knitted effect was printed onto the material of the koalas. The socks themselves were not thick and knitted. Just cheap and nasty. I contacted their ‘customer support’ who checked and said the correct item had been shipped! Wow. Just wow.
They ended up offering me a small refund but refused to allow me to return them at their expense due to them having sent the ‘correct items’. I refused this and insisted on returning them so now they are completely ignoring my emails.
In the end PayPal partially refunded me and I kept them. I am going to be seriously embarrassed giving these out as a gift.
My advice? Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Issues:
1) Not as described to point of being fraudulent. I have forwarded the details of my experience to the appropriate body.
2) Took ages to arrive. The web site was made out to be a UK company but came directly from China.
3) Awful customer support. I have been polite throughout but they are now completely ignoring me.
4) What leverage do you have with a company on the other side of the world who does not care? None whatsoever.

Wish I could zero stars. It is a scam. Ordered 2 pairs of cute animals socks. Overcharged, complained. They refunded the difference. Full of apologies. English was terrible. Received shipping updates, coming from America. Finally arrived in Cardiff over two months ago, nothing received. Shipping updates ceased. Emailed to ask what's happened, no reply. Fuming and disappointed. I really wanted the product. Out of pocket by £25.

Would give it a 0 but can't , items never turned up ,please don't use .

One star is over rated for this company. I placed an order on 6 October and after a month nothing was received so I contacted them and was told that they would issue a replacement but as yet received nothing and I do not hold out any hope of ever receiving my order. I would not recommend this company. Further to the above post the socks have eventually arrived today 8/12/25 and look nothing like the picture on their website.

One month after my order entered the UK (10 hours drive away from my address) parcel still hadn't arrived.
Requested refund which was refused as "item had shipped" even though they could see i hadn't received it.

This company is a scamming company based in china! They take payment and give tracking details and in reality, nothing is coming. I complained several times and get the same generic response. 3 months later I demand a refund and am told a new package and new tracking number, guess what, it’s the identical number and same excuse.

Wish I had done more indepth check before ordering. Supposedly my items arrived in Manchester Oct 30th and have been lost in Manchester. Refused a refund as items are 'on their way'. Checked company again and lots of online complaints saying it is Chinese backed scam company, and I must say I agree. Have been told I can claim a refund if I'm unhappy with product. As product probably never sent, refund impossible.

DO NOT BUY! They advertise on Facebook. Alarm bells should ring when you can’t comment on their posts but can see angry faces as that’s the only way to feed back on how bad their products are. They take ages to arrive (2months) and when they do they are NOTHING like the products advertised. It has made me and my friends laugh how bad they are - this is the only slightly positive thing I can say about it. They are now refusing to refund me and postage back to China will be far too expensive.

I bought socks which were advertised as
🎄knitted Animal socks using high-quality washing sheep as raw materials, double-sided knitting, warm, soft, comfortable and durable.
7 weeks later I received some cheap and nasty polyester products that look nothing like advertised.

Well if i could give a zero rating I would like many others. Placed an order for socks on the 1st October arrived in the UK on the 28th october allegedly according to tracking, still waiting. Several emails as others have said just keep getting told to wait a couple more days. I move house this week as I had told them 3 weeks ago but still nothing and no refund as they are in transit. What a load of nonsense DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you just want to throw money away. Oh and as with some other customer reviews they over charged me but I did get that money back. Avoid at all costs.

Over charged for items. They did refund the difference. However the items never arrived got lost in Lincoln. Email them again. They said they had send them again but nothing has arrived

Ordered items 4 October 2025, tracking states arrival in UK on 1 November 2025, then nothing further. I've chased many times but still no items. Assuming they're not coming and company say they won't refund my money as shipping shows items are in the UK.

If I could give zero stars, I would. SCAM company, please don't use! I have opened a dispute to receive my money back as I have waited 7 weeks for my order and today was told to "wait a bit longer and hopefully they will arrive" What a joke.

Rip off company! Do not buy from them would be my advice. I ordered pair of socks 6 weeks ago and have still not even had any dispatch updates, never mind the item. Chaser emails are met with a reply of ‘please be patient’ Refund requested but I keep being told I need to wait to receive the product.

Even 1 star is too good for them . The merchandise is cheap and nasty, with a ridiculously overpriced price tag attached to it. I purchased some novelty socks, ending up costing £15. I argued with them for a refund. They insisted the product met the description and offered me £2 back. The product was nothing like the picture and they took 4 weeks to arrive. Shocking company and products. If I could, I would give zero stars.
