I ordered a pair of sneakers from COSYPAIRS,they sent the wrong size,when I requested a return address refund/exchange,they asked I could give them as a gift to someone..when I said no they offered 10% as the needed to reduce the company's losses..I sent pictures of proof(my foot next to the sneeker), they then offered 30% and said that my feedback was the best help,we look forward to a positive reply

I received the shoes 1 month after I ordered them. When I tried to send them back they refused to provide me with a return address

I would give less than one star if I could. Quality is horrible, and when I tried to return them they basically told me "nope".

Ordered, tried to cancel, they said they shipped. Asked to return, no half size they said I should keep and give as gift to someone. Felt not velvet, plastic soles and heels. I mailed back, signature required, they said that was not their address. Finally just escalated to PayPal and they immediately reimbursed me.

Horrible horrible horrible! Terrible quality shoes. The sizing charts and the shoes dont match.they sent me deformed shoes and completely the wrong size and when I asked to return they said they dont have a warehouse to return it too amd cant do a refund...only 30% discount on next pair of shoes.....like thats gonna happen! They just send me emails saying "So sorry for the invonvenience".

It took them more than 2 months to let me know that my order is out of stock, and they are not able to ship it to me. 😒Every time I send an email, I received an outomated message that they are sorry and Bla, Bla,...

Dodgy!! Don’t do returns! Do not buy from Cosypairs!

I received my pair of sandals but they were not comfortable so emailed asking for a return shipping address and refund. Over the course of 7 emails back and forth, they offered a 10%, then 25% then 30% refund, or give to a friend, or I can receive "a big coupon" for the next purchase (are they kidding me??) Each time I said no thank you, I just want to return them for a refund.
The last email from them:
Dear customer,
Sorry that we are moving the return address, we now do not have the return address.
Please consider the compensation.

My advice to all: Do not order from Cosypairs.com

This is unpleasant experience with this cosypair.
First it isn't cosy at all.
Second product are toooooo cheap for the price( smelly,rippedand more).
Please do not buy from them.

SCAM....BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered almost two months ago. They finally arrived. They are plastic!! Cheap! No leather involved. They smell terribly... almost like gasoline. The strap is too wide to fit into the buckle!! $100 for two pair of shoes that I wouldn't have given $5 for! Tried to return. Told me I had to pay shipping and just to give to a friend.... and they would send me a big coupon. I was scammed.... so do not order from them!

SCAM!! will be reporting the company to BBB.

I ORDERED ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO, NO TRACKING NUMBER, TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT ANY PRODUCT! DO NOT ORDER!

Horrible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, almost 2 months later 1 pair arrives ALREADY WORN! The 2nd pair never even arrives. I email them wanting a refund and I got the same copy and paste message seen in other reviews. Asking me to give as a gift to a friend, asking if I wanted a big coupon, telling me I am responsible for shipping. You didn't even ship the other pair! These are super cheap shoes and not worth a spot on the dollar store shelves.

SORELY DISAPPOINTED! BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered a pair of shoes that I really liked. I hesitated due to the reviews I read, but i kept seeing them and thought I would take a chance. After waiting for weeks to receive my order, it finally came. I was excited to get them only to find that they appeared to be made of plastic and had a very strong odor of petroleum. My granddaughter even said, “Nana, they stink!” Not only that but they were about three sizes too big! I immediately contacted the company and their response was:

“We're so sorry that you're not satisfied with the items.
If you return/exchange you will bear the expensive shipping fee.
Will it be possible to give it to others as a gift?
Or how about a big coupon for your next payment as a way to make up for this?
Look forward to your positive reply.”

So buyer beware! I should have listened to the reviews.

Absolutely the worst online order I’ve ever experienced - crappy quality shoes and no response to request for return info - despite asking repeatedly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Absolutely a SCAM! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes for 130$ and a month later I received 2 random pairs of shoes that I didn't order and in the wrong size. I reached out to the "customer service" email and was told that they can't give me a refund cause they need the money and I can keep the 2 pairs I didn't order and give to friends as a gift. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!? I never received the shoes I ordered and they stole my $130.

jus recieved 2 pairs of plastic sandals that where supposed to be lether,they took the payment right after i ordered and took 2 months to get them,its a really bad place to buy anything

I saw them advertising on Facebook. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes as well as a top. That was almost 2months agi. They answered my emails.. said it was sent to the post office.. but no tracking number and to date.. no order. Stay away from this company!!! It’s a scam!!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. They took forever to arrive, when they did they were poor quality. Refused to give anything more than 10% back, and said it was to save the manufacturer- clearly they don't care about the customer.

Shoes were never shipped. 4 weeks after ordering, I emailed them and they responded saying the order was processed and at the post office awaiting a tracking number. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Emailed again, same response. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Then I got an email saying they refunded my money. Luckily I paid through PayPal and was issued a refund. Not sure if that would've been the case had I just paid through my bank account. I ordered them 3 months before I was leaving for vacation to make sure they arrived in time. Wasted 2
months waiting for them and obviously never got them for vacation. This company, if that's what you'd call them, is an absolute joke.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

FYI- Do not order from the site "Cosypairs" I purchased 5 pair of sandals over 6 weeks ago and received only 3...one pair broke immediately and the other 2 pair never arrived. After numerous email attempts this company refused to replace or refund the never worn broken sandal! 😠
