Exactly what everyone else is saying. Ordered advent calendar’s September 28, 2026 for my grandchildren. Credit card was immediately charged, received an email with tracking number. Kept waiting for delivery, and suddenly on October 20, 2026 the tracking info showed my parcel as delivered. It wasn’t delivered to me!!! Sent several emails to them, only to be told today that my parcel must have been lost by the courier and did I want them to reship my order. Hell NO!! They are advent calendars, it’s now November 3, even if they were a legitimate company, they still wouldn’t get delivered on time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

I wish there was a way to not put any stars on top.
Cotabllas is a scam. My story is almost identical to others who ordered products and never received them. On the day I ordered 2 Mini Christmas Ornament Advent calendars in September, Cotabllas immediately charged my credit card. I waited over 30 days and never received the products. They sent a tracking number and when I logged on to it, the carrier was unknown yet it was recorded as having been delivered. I have emailed the company 4 times and each time a response says they are checking. I should have checked out this company before ordering. I was excited to get these for my grandkids but should have "looked before I leaped". I am out the money. But what is more important to me is letting others know it is a scam.

My experience is the same as other reviewers. The "tracking number" after 25 days showed that it was successfully delivered to the addressee. I am always home and received nothing. The tracking number could not be matched to any known carrier. There has been no email response from the sender. I've been scammed, and unfortunately my credit card account has already been paid or I would have disputed it.

I ordered from this company and not only did my package not get delivered, they wouldn’t give me a refund!!!! Don’t waste you time or money with this company

Like others, I did not receive my package. I checked their tracking link from time to time and everything looked reasonable but I finally contacted them at day 25 because the status changed from “in transit” to “pick up” for a few days. They replied that my package had been delivered (although it was not) and magically the tracking status changed to “delivered”. I suspect I have been scammed. UPDATE: The company has told me my package may have been lost by the courier and has offered to send me another.

I purchased Christmas present from this website. Received a tracking link and number from third party website. I keep tracking the website but sometimes no update. I have no idea which courier company which is using in Australia. that tracking only able to use in China.
I sent more than 8 email to them (the only contact details in website) but there is no response.
After 24 working days from the date i purchased, it finally shown the parcel delivery. When i checked the date and time, it was shown on 1 day before which the status was delayed. There is no one rings my bell and i am home all the time. Also, no parcel left in my apartment lobby.
I sent other email to check even i paid for the shipping insurance, there is still no response.
There is no option for PayPal as the payment method. So, i can only use the credit card.
I don't have hope that i can get the refund or dispute the transaction but i still tried with my bank.

Definitely a scam site. Tracked progress for > 20 days. Parcelsapp shows delivery today. No package delivered. Definitely fake tracking passed to parcelsapp.

SCAM DON'T BUY FROM THEM NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. FAKE TRACKING...

Thieves, hiding behind a children’s toy site - shameful! Tried to purchase a toy gift, entered my information and correct credit card number. Got a message immediately that my card was not accepted and to try again. I smelled a scam and cancelled my purchase. But too late: 30 min later, there was a fraudulent purchase on that same credit card, requiring me to put the card on hold and get it replaced. A big inconvenience and violation to me!
