Where do I even start

Where do I even start! I was booked into Cotsford by the production company while we were shooting a film nearby Malvern, and honestly the whole experience was wonderful. The stay felt so warm and welcoming, and the personal and professional service truly stood out better than many places I’ve stayed in! The food was absolutely delicious thanks to Chris, and Barbara was so lovely and always friendly. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Gloucester! 💛

Best boutique hotel ever!

I would describe The Cotford Hotel as the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in (and we've been around!). The hosts and owners Barbara and Chris were magnificent - so welcoming and friendly. The decor and cleanliness could not be surpassed and the food was out of this world (Chris is the chef). The location is perfect for all the attractions of Great Malvern which are within walking distance. We will certainly be back in the near future.
