My second purchase from Cotswold Cameras of what for me was a fairly major photographic item.
The brand new item arrived safely and had everything expected included, except the Nikon warranty paperwork again as fully expected.
These are grey imports as most people will know, but CC offer their own warranty and from what I've read, they use renowned repair specialists in the event of an issue. But hey, most major camera brands don't give issues, certainly I've had no problems with both of the cameras I've bought from them. So you balance the risk against the considerable cost savings you get from CC. I've been more than happy with the cost savings I've had. They also do a "loyalty" scheme when you register an account - but you must do this to get the rewards before purchase. In my experience, you don't get next day delivery, but are kept informed of the progress of your order and delivery schedule.
In summary, very happy with my experience with CC and would happily buy from them again.

First off, I want to point out that I’m very happy dealing with Cotswold Cameras…so far I have bought a Nikon Z9, an FTZ11 adapter, a Prograde 512 gb cf card and a Prograde card reader, all of which arrived promptly with good communications between myself & Cotswold Cameras.
Sadly, my latest purchase, a Nikon 70-200 2.8 S II didn’t arrive in the 7-14 days I was expecting it to. Happily, it did eventually turn up some days later after ‘two lots of delivery delays.’
I’m very happy with my new lens but Please Cotswold, sort out your courier’s….I had the embarrassment of having to cancel a shoot because the lens didn’t arrive in the time period stated, because, I suspect, that dpd farmed the delivery out to someone else who then had ‘two’ delays with their deliveries.
Would I recommend Cotswold Cameras to other people….Absolutely, this is a great company to deal with and I will happily continue to use them.
( just get on top of the couriers….please).

Good price for a genuine Canon lens, easy to order and quick delivery

I have dealt with Cotswold on numerous occasions...never once have they ever failed to deliver on price ,communication and delivery. This time they went over and above. I ordered a lens ,and wanted it in a hurry as we were going away .Spoke to both Tessa and David via email,and they suggested I use the express delivery £25 .lens was ordered on evening of the 16th ,and was delivered 1700 on the 19th .thank you very much for your help .I have no hesitation in recommending Cotswold to anyone

20% saving on Amazon. Yes, I know it's not quite a like for like comparison as it's a grey import. But that £200 saved is real and will go towards the next lens.

I was hesitant at first as the pricing was so competitive. I purchased a Nikon ZF with lens for the same price as a used model would be from other suppliers in the UK. It arrived exactly within the scheduled time. The camera and lens were packed very well and everything works fine. I will definitely use them again.

This is the third time I've used Cotswold Cameras and I'm 100% happy to recommend them again. This time it was a Laowa 20mm f4 Shift Lens which wasn't listed as a stock item, but I enquired by email, had an immediate, positive and helpful response, and received the lens just a week later. Needless to say the price was way lower than list price. Communication with this family-run UK business is always fantastic...they're always helpful, professional and eager to please. 3 years' warranty, loyalty points, etc etc...

I ordered a lens from Cotswold Cameras as ot was around £200 cheaper than anywhere else.

I was a bit hesitant at first, and anxious as the tracking hadn't been updated in a couple of days so emailed them to follow up. Thier communication was great. Not only did he take the time to get back to me thoroughly, he followed up again confirming dispatch and gave me an updated ETA. It took around 2 weeks to arrive.

The lens is perfect, no problems. Can't recommend enough.
