Good quality product and excellent shopping experience
My first time of trading with Cotswold Country Hats…. buying a Homburg Hat to wear over the course of a recent wedding day.
The hat is very comfortable to wear, classy, stylish and well built and I do not doubt it will offer many years of good use with due care and attention.
Very pleased with all aspects of my first purchase and, no doubt, I’ll be back for other hats.

Courteous caring company who happily give you all their contact points if they should be needed and invite you to contact them if there's any problem, it was a pleasure to deal with them especially in this day and age where the customer is nothing more than a necessary nuisance, I have no doubts about dealing with them again.

Top Hat Triumph
We originally ordered the wrong size of Top Hat and then were in a panic about an exchange arriving on time, after emailing the company to explain the situation we ordered a new one which was sent the same day and then when original arrived back a refund was paid straight away, no fuss just efficient and great customer service. The Top Hat itself is fantastic quality and fits perfectly, if you're in between the sizing guides then always go up we discovered. Great product, great service what's not to like.

Superb hat seller
Local UK distributor of absolutely amazing leather and other hats. Got 2 - brown Jacaru Australia Foldable Roo Nomad Traveller Hat and black Barmah Bronco Foldaway Leather Outback. This is just how online shopping should be, received my hat this morning with fast dispatch and delivery excellent quality and exactly as advertised.
What I found handy was the hat was a little bit loose but inside is a a means of adjusting it and it worked perfectly I highly recommend this company, the hat was delivered in a sturdy box
