Thank you so much for all the guidance and really helpful sessions — my son passed his 11+! We really liked the evening sessions on Maths, NVR, and other topics, as well as the 5-day crash courses during half term and August that helped go over everything in detail. The sessions were so well-structured and gave him a lot of confidence while clearing all his doubts. One done — and we’ll definitely be back when it’s my daughter’s turn!

I attended 2 events with Cotswold Education, the first was a free seminar which was excellent. It gave me so much information that helped me understand the process and how to get started. I felt my stress level go down as soon as the speaker started talking, such a nice guy very down to earth. There was literally no hard sell anywhere to be seen just really genuine helpful knowledgeable people and my son did a mini test that day with them too which was handled very well. They marked this and sent him a report of how he had done and there was an online video with detailed explanations of the answers to each of the questions. Totally exceeded my expectations. I can't imagine a reason why you wouldn't attend if you have a child who you are considering putting forward for the 11+.

The second event we paid for, which was a mock test. Again very well run. Really helpful for my son to get used to the test environment. As with the free mini test above they provide your marked answer sheet and a detailed report on how your child has done.

They also offer various other services which we didn't use as we were maxed out with our personal tutor and it was a long travel distance for us to their testing centre but I could definitely see that there other events and services were probably also equally well run.

I highly recommend this company.

We had a really positive experience with Cotswold Education. Ian and the lady we dealt with were both extremely respectful and patient, taking the time to answer all of our queries clearly and helpfully. In fact, every member of staff we came across was great – approachable, supportive, and professional. The tests were very well organised, and the education material provided was of a high standard. Overall, a well-run service that I would highly recommend.

CE are an excellent organisation! The care is second to none, and it was an all-round superb experience. My son has attended online masterclasses, summer camp and mock tests, and feels well prepared to take the test. The communication is outstanding, detailed, and all information is invaluable, plus they are always very prompt to reply to any questions. Not only do they look after the child, but they also fully inform the parents, and the personal touch is excellent. We would recommend Cotswold Education to anyone who is considering the 11+.

My daughter has enjoyed numerous events hosted by Cotswold Education over the past year, including Masterclass sessions via Zoom and mock tests. The Cotswold Education team are so friendly and professional, and they have helped us immensely on our 11+ journey. I have already recommended them to others who are commencing their test preparation for next year.

very detailed and useful feedback, a realistic test stretching the child's ability - some other providers seem to provide overly easy tests which isn't what a mock should be.

Cotswold Education has been such an amazing find for our family. My daughter sat the 11 plus 2 years ago and Cotswold Education was the only business offering a on site mock test due to covid, her result in the mock test was almost exactly how she ranked in the actual test which has showed how reliable the mock tests have been. My son is now preparing for the 11 plus and I can’t imagine using any other company than Cotswold Education. They are such a lovely supportive group of people which make a stressful period so much easier, I can’t recommend enough!

We found the mock exams extremely useful in preparing our son for the 11 Plus. The exams were conducted in a realistic manner and the feedback was comprehensive and insightful. We will definitely use Cotswold Education again.

Such a brilliant investment, our daughter attended an Easter workshop on hints and tips for the exam and had two mock exams with Cotswold education. The exams showed her improvement and she entered the real exam in September confident that she knew what to expect and with the best exam techniques to avoid silly mistakes which could cost marks. I was also really impressed by the free extras they offered, for example, they went through the mock exam results so she could see where she'd gone wrong. They even offered a free clinic on results day to help interpret the ranking. A fantastic organisation that helped us on this 11+ journey. Thanks

Really pleased to have used Cotswold Education for a number of extras for my son's 11+ journey in 2021. I took part in a helpful online seminar. My son did a remote course for a few days in the holiday, plus an in-person workshop. The mock test was invaluable in getting him used to taking a test in a new environment under strict test conditions. My son secured a place at the grammar of his choice. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone else whose children want to do the 11+.

Ian and his team understand how best to support the pupils preparing for the eleven plus exam. They are experienced and up to date with all the materials and methods. More importantly, they know how to engage with a 10 year old child without making them feel too overwhelmed. I thoroughly recommend the summer hub which was a fantastic opportunity for them to develop confidence in a relaxed environment. Their mock exams are very well organised and my son said some of the questions in the real test were very similar to those in the actual exam. The feedback of the mock exams is detailed, individual and very valuable in identifying areas that need extra attention. They have a warm approach to pupils and families. We were very lucky to have their support and guidance this year!

Such a high quality, professional and supportive company. The quality of the in person mock, virtual summer school and assessment materials that we have purchased have been excellent. A super resource for eleven plus prep and support. The books are great also. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly helpful and friendly providers of 11+ prep. My daughter has hugely benefitted from their online sessions and also the mock tests. Highly recommended. Takes the stress out of the grammar entrance journey.

Excellent experience in a calm and realistic environment. Our son felt relaxed. The test results are really useful in that they comment on how your child did based on averages, how they seemed throughout the test and how likely they are to get a place in grammar school if this was the real test.
