Overdue review.

I've owned a G3 carrier harness and a binocular belt clip for about 6 years, after a sore shoulder made carrying a heavy camera/lens on a sling uncomfortable.

I've been very pleased with both. The harness is very well suited to an ILC with a long telephoto - I've used it with both full-frame Nikon and m43 Olympus. It's comfortable, secure and convenient. The binocular holster is a standout; I always hated a neck strap and a binocular harness won't work with the camera harness. Having the binoculars on the belt is a great solution, and I get a lot of comments from other birders.

Recently the belt clip was damaged - after the years, and probably through my own clumsiness. I had a minor irritation when looking to buy a replacement part, and the company's service was immediate and beyond my expectation.

Very poor service

I ordered a sling carrier and there is no way to track the shipment. The tracking number takes me to some courrier service in France that just says the item is "on it's way" with no estimated delivery or additional information. I reached out to the company and they just said "sorry, the carrier doesn't offer tracking service". What e-commerce company on the planet ships through a carrier that doesn't offer tracking? In 2025 this is completely unacceptable and really poor service. I know the company is American but really, if you want to operate in Europe, you need to do better.
