Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that the mask does not fit you.
We have a choice of three different sizes available on our website. Although there are elastic loops which provide a bit of flexibility in terms of size and expansion, we cannot cater for all face shapes and sizes. We are very clear in the descriptions on each of our products as to the exact dimensions of each size and ask that customers check these sizes before purchasing.
Despite this, we do on occasion have instances where people have chosen the incorrect size and we have offered replacements. Given each mask is made to order, we have the flexibility to offer larger sizes when we are asked to do so, but we cannot predict everyone's unique face dimensions.
Instead of posting on a public forum like this, we would ask anyone to reach out to us directly through the website or email so we can help rectify the situation. We are very responsive to customer concerns and want to ensure everyone has a positive experience.

I love the color, style and great customer service. One suggestion is to offer a nose "clip" for those who want it. I have a small face and the mask is slightly big for me so this feature would be great. Another option would be an opening for an additional filter. We will be wearing masks where i live for the forseable future and the selection here is wonderful.

We do have two adult size options to choose from on our website with exact dimensions and lengths, and encourage anyone to estimate your size with a measuring tape before purchasing.
