The shirt I ordered was neither cotton nor linen

The shirt I ordered was described as a cotton linen blend with embroidery. What I received was polyester with a stamped pattern. When I requested return information, they sent an explanation about how "the fabric we use is carefully selected because it is the best suited for print quality" and they tried to solve it with "We'll give you 15% back and you keep the shirt." They did not even address the fact that the shirt, which was described on their side as being cotton/linen was neither.
