Never ever received them ordered 19th June many requests to customer services who said Evri mislaid them, I asked to be sent to their shop still never arrived asked for a refund which they have agreed to.

As far as I'm concerned their quality is excellent
As far as I'm concerned their quality is excellent, by paying a bit more you only get the best that money can buy and if there is any problems, you can easily change them at their nearest shop, mine is about 6 miles away, which I will start doing from now on after looking through their catalogue. I would encourage people to use their shops, because if you don't they will go, which will be a pity for they have such nice and understanding people behind the counters.

I bought a bath and pedestal mat to match some towels.
I bought some towels, and wanted the bath mat and pedestal mat to match. I managed to get the yellow. The Copper I ordered and paid for, was out of stock, but due soon. They are nice quality, and had a nice feel. I have never ever had much fluff come off the towels, but so much came off the mats that it filled the filter completely in the dryer. This is perhaps worrying if you leave the dryer on overnight, or you are out, could be a fire hazard.
