Placed order for click and collect and never informed it had arrived , no tracking available. Phoned HO told to ring store and was told it had been in store for a week . No one phoned or emailed to inform me, not happy with service

Loved the product
Loved the product. Lovely fabric and colours. My only gripe is that the sleeves are a little shirt, and I have shirt arms.

Helpful staff
I popped into Cotton Traders in FlowerLand Bourne End to collect a couple of parcels. At the same time as I was collecting them the assistant was unpacking some newly arrived shoes. I commented that they looked really nice. The assistant found my size and said the price was the sale price. So, I bought them. The sales staff were really nice and made my shopping experience very enjoyable.
