Although a long standing customer of many years, always appreciative of Cotton Traders products and service. This is just the second time I have used the click and collect (free delivery) option using Brigg Garden Centre store. Gives us time to have a look round possible gardening needs and to use C.T. as well. On both occasions, have been absolutely delighted. Okay it takes around four or five days to get the package before you get an email saying it has arrived at the garden centre. You can then collect up to a ten days period from there. Found this to be perfect, so when collecting some landscaping material was also able to complete our C.T. collection. Means we can work it to suit our days, and also avoiding delivery charges. It has worked well for us. As regards the goods, a mens sweatshirt, ladies jeans, both the usual excellent quality and pricing. Thank you again Cotton Traders.

Good communication level.
I collected my order from Brigg Garden Centre & the assistant was so helpful & asked if I would like to try the trousers I had ordered on. I accepted the offer & sadly even though the smallest size they were too baggy on me. She saved me a round trip of 16 miles to return them, so I was very grateful of her help.

Excellent quality clothes. Always a special offer to tempt me!

Good choice of modern clothing. I like the elasticated waist on various items, and sizes are never too tight.

Excellent service

The usual good clothes, but this time I had to phone the store where I had requested click and collect as I did not received and email when it arrived.

That said when I called they checked and confirmed, apologising for the missing email and when I collected they were pleasent and efficient.

Prompt delivery to store. Excellent quality and well fitting dress. Nice to receive a free gift.

My online order was delivered free to my local store. This meant that I could try them on in store and if anything didn't fit I could return it straight away, no messing about.
Also the ladies in my local store are extremely helpful and friendly.

Here I go again. Just going for a browse not wanting to purchase anything in particular and as always getting caught up in the excellent products and items on offer. My wife and I went into the Brigg Garden Centre this Saturday afternoon and were fortunate enough to be assisted and attended to by the stores excellent member of staff Kim. I am a little over weight but from wanting nothing came out with polo shirts on offer. I should have known better. Great choice as always and Cotton Traders being what they are I always manage to find my size and fit. I use both the Beverley Store and Brigg but when on holiday always look out for a CT store to make the day. What truly excellent stores these are. Whoever it is that designs manufactures and produces their products deserves a pat on the back

Swimming costume fits true to size. Feels good quality. Only slight drawback the straps haven't got a buckle so can't be altered.
