No email for collection
Love the jacket bought. Ordered it for a shop pick -up in Cardiff and never got an email to say it was ready for collection.Only because I phoned the shop did I find the order had arrived. Communication needed.

Excellent prompt services.
I selected multiple items using three separate orders and each order was delivered either on time or ahead of stated time. Having made selections the unwanted items were returned to the Cardiff outlet. The ladies at the outlet worked together efficiently and swiftly to document the returns and provide information about refunds. I received the appropriate refunds to my bank extremely quickly. Excellent all round service for delivery, returns and refunds. Very happy customer.

Great quality,hard wearing shirt
I love Cotton Traders. Quality clothing at reasonable prices. I have bought dozens of these polo shirts for my husband. They are comfortable, great colours and easy to wear. They are a great fit, a perfect length for a long back.

I received my order of 2 longer length…
I received my order of 2 longer length cardigans but sadly they were not suitable so unfortunately I had to return them .
I bought online but was able to return to a Cotton Traders store that is less than 10 mins from my home.
The staff were very helpful , extremely pleasant and understanding.

service, quality of goods and value for money has been excellent.
I've become a regular customer and, to date the service, quality of goods and value for money has been excellent. So much so that, ironically I've had to limit my purchases from Cotton Traders as I now have enough clothing for three people and not enough storage space.
Fortunately, my youngest son is moving out soon, so more space coming, just have to persuade the wife!

The goods I purchased were an excellent price and of high quality. Ordering was simple and straightforward. Everything arrived within the time stated and picking up the package from my local garden centre could not have been easier.
